Thankfully, the damage to our Tesla was limited to paint work, but the quality of the repair was excellent and flawless. What truly set this experience apart was the customer service and communication. Kelly Ford was nothing short of phenomenal. From start to finish, she provided daily updates on the status and outlook of the repair, clearly setting expectations so we were never left wondering. There was no overpromising, just honest timelines that stayed right on target. That level of transparency made the entire process stress free and left me feeling comfortable and confident. Gerber completed the repair of my truck after it had been struck by road debris in Georgia while on vacation. Their estimator fully briefed me on the repair process and she kept us up to date on the repair as it progressed. When we picked up the truck you would have never known that he had sustained damage. The Gerber location on Hibiscus is Fantastic!!!! Justin and his team are amazing, incredibly talented, honest and take pride in their work. I had work done on my 2018 Audi at another local shop and they did a horrible job, simply pathetic! I originally planned to bring to this shop, but long story and ended up at wrong Gerber. After the other shop screwed it up, i knew immediately where to go. Justin and team fixed my car to PERFECTION! This team at the Hibiscus location are great! Should of gone with my gut. From the start I had to chase this company for a call back. Once the appointment was made no follow up email, that was requested, was sent, I had to call back to receive. Once I got to my inspection appointment, Kelley, who is the only adjuster that works with the insurance company I'm putting my claim though with, wasn't even there. This was a scheduled appointment! The other gentleman kept on telling me he wasn't supposed to be doing this and Kelley is much better... blah blah blah. Made me feel right away this was not going to be done correctly. Long story short, the inspection report was sent incorrectly and I called Kelley, multiple times I might add, and she let me know that I was going to have trouble with my drop off times. I assume my curt responses and reiterating of the plan was to much for Kelley, because she informed me this wasn't going to be a good fit anymore! I was in shock, this women was so offended by my attitude (I didn't cuss, didn't yell, nor was I threatening her in anyway) she banned me! Good luck on receiving a returned phone call from Tiffany. My Wife and I obtained an estimate which was a few months expired due to we were traveling over the last two months so I expected the body repair to be a little greater in cost. I called and spoke to Tiffany on 09/13/22 to schedule dropping off the vehicle for the repairs ,she said she would get with the gentleman who provided the quote and would get back to me. On 09/16/22 ( 3 Days later) I called again and spoke to Tiffany. She remembered our conversation and stated ( Quote) " I promise I'll call you back today" ( Un-quote) on 09/21/22 ( 5 days later) I gave up and took our vehicle to another high rated Body Shop who provided a quote much less than Gerber's and scheduled the repair. As a business owner I don't think Tiffany is aware of the fact that , if you don't take care of your Customer's , your competition WILL !. Best Wishes read more

Get a second quote!!!! The man who gave me an estimate was terse, and quoted me $4000. I then got 2 other estimates .. $1,500 and $1,680! Not only was he a rip off artist, he was rude!! Gerber used to be good but the prices have been going up and the quality is going down.. Avoid!! read more

This is by far the worst auto body experience I have ever had. I called to make an appointment for repair work. I was instructed to come in three days later at 10 am. I was extremely prompt yet was kept waiting for 40 minutes. The three people I met on that day were abrupt and downright rude. They seem to have an "I don't give a damn attitude". I was referred by the Honda dealership where I bought my car and was later told by an employee there that they do much of Honda's work for free In return for the referrals. Gerber did not follow up with calls for the estimate appointment or for the schedule repair appointment. I went with my gut and chose to go to Francisco's auto body repair in the business complex across from the Pineda crossing community and was extremely happy. The place I chose had excellent yelp reviews and excellent word-of-mouth reviews. Please read reviews before you make a choice of auto body repair shops and if you still choose to go with Gerbers I implore you to pay with American Express so that you have recourse from the no doubt unhappy service and repair you will receive. read more

Very satisfied. Estimate was spot on except for the hidden damage he anticipated once the bumper was pulled. Car was completed as scheduled. Don't be alarmed by the computer texts that spit out automatically and showed the repair would exceed the timeline I was told. Definitely recommend this business. read more
