I paid over $2000 for Scott to diagnose and replace parts and alignment on my car. this is a video after leaving Top Wrench, It wasn't anywhere close that bad to begin with. Also paid for transmission fluid change, I provided my own (OEM Toyota) fluid. When I picked the car up, all my OEM transmission fluid was still in my back seat. This shop messed my car up, and charged me for it. My car rides so rough now. I grew up in the business and can spot a bad auto service. I had a left front CV drive axle replaced. They quoted me a $150 hour labor rate, a fair rate, not the cheapest but fair. They quoted me at 1.8 hours to do the job. Another fair time quote. I had them do the work and it was a well done job. My vehicle was just as clean as when I dropped it off. This was my first visit here and it will NOT be my last. Their shop was clean and the staff was pleasant and profession. I had other quotes at 3 times their price. Straight forward repair shop, honest employees not looking to recommend unnecessary cost.

Our trusted mechanic for two years is close to retirement. The younger mechanics in the shop are less concerned with the quality of their work. We have been searching for a new mechanic for months through word of mouth, online reviews followed by a check of the mechanic on the Better Business Bureau's website. The final evaluation, a personal visit to each shop eliminated several shops and led us to Top Wrench. We took our 10-year-old truck with 225,000 plus miles in for an oil change and inspection. Yet, another test of the shop's work. We were impressed with the inspection's written report. It is color coded like a traffic light. Green, good to go. Yellow, warning. Prepare for upcoming repairs. Red, STOP! Fix these items ASAP! Each item in yellow and red comes with a brief description of the issue. At our request, Travis, the shop's owner, prepared an estimate of the cost of the yellow and red issues. Travis got our truck in quickly to fix all the yellow and red issues, except a transmission flush. While the truck was serviced, Travis called with updates. They found a few more issues while working. At our request, Travis e-mailed us an estimate for the work while he was on the conference call with me and my wife. The final bill provided detailed descriptions of all the work, parts with stock numbers, and a detailed breakdown of all charges. Both the estimate and final bill's detailed information is impressive. No surprises. We have not seen such a thorough document like this from a mechanic. Also, they provided a shuttle service to and from the shop. The shop is clean, easy to access from Routes 95 and 1. The mechanics are polite and respectful. The price appeared fair and reasonable. Travis did not pressure us to do any of the work. He did make sure we understood the importance of taking care of the transmission and possible consequences. Now, the transmission. In 2012, We had a 2004 Honda Accord. Our trustworthy mechanic suggested a transmission flush. We had the work done. The transmission never gave us any problems prior to the flush. A few months later, we needed a new transmission. A year later, the new transmission failed. We needed to buy a new car. It was a financially traumatic event at an already challenging time in our life. My wife has done her research on the truck's transmission issue. She called Travis and stopped by the shop, unannounced, several times to question Travis with her research. A transmission flush, again, is a frightening prospect. Travis answered her questions with politeness and patience. While his phone is ringing off the hook, the shop is busy, and he has other customers waiting. Yet, he never flinches. Always the gentleman and answers all her questions and poses additional ideas to consider. Her research and prayers on the matter continue. We paid our former mechanic, twice, in 2024 to do a "100+ point inspection" on our truck. We received no report or information about the condition of the truck. Just a bill. I suspect many of these issues have existed for some time. If the former mechanic had presented a detailed report as Top Wrench did, there would be more proof they actually performed the inspections they were paid to do. We are thankful and grateful we took our truck to Top Wrench. read more

These guys are the most honest automotive repair shop in Palm Bay. My husband took his 2010 GMC Terrain there to get a diagnostic done and they were tenacious and wouldn't give up until the found out what was wrong with it. This, after we took it to Gatto's on Malabar Road, who told him he needed a new transmission, then we took it to Firestone on Palm Bay Road, who told him they couldn't get it started, so he needed a new starter, (he didn't), and they told him that he needed 4 new tires and a front-end alignment.
