Shut down completely in the middle of the Highway. This was a scared moment of my life. I called the tow truck company; Premier Towing and Transport, they with came less than 20 mins. I still can't believe they came that fast. I called Assured Auto and explained to JD what happened to my truck. I was heading home back to Tallahasee from vacation. JD told me to get the truck tow there. We got there at 2:35pm. They completed a full diagnostics. They noticed some bolts was loosen on my Alternator. They tighten it. They also noticed something no connection to the car giving out of power. JD suggested for me to go back to the Auto shop who completed the work because of warranty JD took picture of it and printed it out to give to the Shop. Truck was Tested drive it no more power issues. I was back on the road by 4:30pm. I'm so grateful for them to get me in and out so quickly. They also have Complementary varieties of soft drinks for their customers and when you leave, they write a personal note with a blow pop sucker. This was so sweet. With what's going on in the world, it's the small things like this can bring a big impact on someone's life. Again, super grateful. Best customer services I've received in years at an Auto Shop. I wish there were closer in case I need them again.

Asked them to also check out a squeaking noise that I had been told previously may be very expensive to fix. The oil change was done quickly and for $30 cheaper than other places. The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! I brought my 2016 Nissan Titan XD into them and they accepted the challenge. They got my truck running again like new and charged me no more than what my original quote was, which is pretty amazing! It's not easy finding a shop to work on a Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Cummins diesel engine since they discontinued that truck in 2019. Finding people to work on the engine and just finding parts for the vehicle has become quite hard. But they didn't even flinch and took care of the job. I can't recommend them enough.

Talk about earning a fifth star. Justin was a consummate professional and I highly advise calling in ahead of time to help with expectation management for waiting pricing, etc. True to his word, I waited for my vehicle right then, and there it was very appreciative of the service rendered. At no point that I feel like I was being uphold anything on the contrary Justin was great about providing information so that I could be an educated consumer, and I made my decisions based off that. These people dont stand by their work. Going to Firestone has become a nightmare. I used to trust this shop, but my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. I had my A/C compressor replaced, and it leaked shortly afterward. They covered the repair under warranty, which I appreciated, but now the replacement compressor is failing again and shutting off. Before the repair, I specifically asked about using a Denso compressor because of its reputation for quality. I was told they had experienced problems with Denso, which surprised me. To make matters worse, I'm now being told I'll have to pay for additional parts, and the prices have gone up. After dealing with the same issue multiple times, that's extremely frustrating. I've also had problems after getting tires installed. Now one of my tire pressure sensors isn't working. I can't say exactly what happened, but it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of the work. After having the same repair fail more than once, I honestly started wondering whether the replacement parts were actually new. I have no way to prove that, but it's a concern that crossed my mind given my experience. Based on my experience, the level of workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. I no longer trust this shop with my vehicle, and I won't be returning. There are too many other repair shops that value quality and stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and consider taking your vehicle somewhere else.
