Fortunately I'm not easily fooled, I'm a car guy and I know what things cost. In the end, I purchased $15 dollars of paint and did the repair myself . Avoid Castrucci Collision Center, a very dishonest business. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

As of this date November 26th. I still do not have my car back. I have gone through GM customer service and them with getting absolutely nowhere. I highly recommend that everyone think twice about purchasing a vehicle from Mike Castrucci Chevrolet. I put 10k down on this car and I have made every payment on time. Which is also financed through GM. Call me unreasonable, but, I feel as though they are in breach of their own contract. I have had no car to drive during the entire 3, yes I said 3 months. I will never buy another GM product. This type of customer service is exactly why people buy foreign cars. If GM wants America to buy American. Then prove to us. You people at GM and Castrucci suck! UPDATE NOVEMBER 29, 2024 First off I call to get an update on my car. I was told that the manager called but was unsuccessful in reaching me but yes my car is ready. LIE! I checked my call log on my phone no call from them and I looked back to the previous week. Anyway I didn't feel like arguing with them about it because I was on my way to our Thanksgiving celebration with my in-laws. I was supposed to cook due to my 81 year old mother in law was ill. So I just go to pick up my car. After picking up the car I drive approximately 4 miles and I started getting all of these warning lights saying engine failure and car overheating. I immediately pull over shut down my car. And call. The manager suggested that I drive my car back to them so they can look at it. Well I'm not that stupid so I tell the guy once again that the car is overheating but sure I will go ahead and drive the car back to them. He must suddenly had a brain charge and uhhh no I will call a tow truck. To make a long story short, they failed to put a part on the car during the repair. They did fill my gas tank up however, I suppose that's my compensation. I wish you could give negative stars for the review. BTW MY sick 81 year old MIL started the cooking. This company is employees by jerks!

    Yikes. Look for a different shop!! We had an accident and…read morethis shop was super close and convenient to our home. We had an insurance quote already and provided that to Shauna the first day we called in- we made an appt with her to bring our car in and I guess this was never solidified with the office...or Shauna MIs-spoke because the day we were supposed to drop the car off Shauna acted like she had no idea what we were speaking about. So we stated over. Fast forward we finally do get a real appt set and there we are told it will take about 2.5 weeks for the car... (end of Jan) yet the printout sheet stated a different day that was longer than the 2.5 week original estimate. The shop has had the car for close to 6 weeks and each day we get a new "tomorrow" promise, yet tomorrow never comes. The car had a final date of Feb 24 for pickup- it's now March 4 and we still don't have our vehicle. When the office manager Lee was questioned about this type of business practice and piss poor communication he stated that he recommends getting better rental coverage if he were me and then went on to say that they forgot to paint certain things so it had to go back into paint. These people all have excuses falling out of their pockets and not a place we will ever go again. They promised yesterday the car would've been aligned by tire discounters- as of 3pm today the car still hadn't been to tire discounters. Just more lies and pussyfooting around than actual work by Lee the office manager. Look elsewhere for a collision shop that values your time and their word.

    I brought my truck in on December 2nd for three tiny dents and a broken taillight--just those…read moresimple things! When I arrived, I made it crystal clear that those were the only issues needing repair. Yet, from that moment on, everything went completely off the rails. They flat-out lied about the original deadline, telling me it would be done by December 26th. Then it was pushed to January 2nd, then January 9th, then January 16th, then January 22nd, and finally, the real date--February 6th. And what did they do? They took it upon themselves to go beyond what was agreed upon, replacing and fixing things I never authorized or asked for! I tried to get updates, called for pictures, and all I ever saw was my truck gutted, stripped down to nothing. And then, one week I was told they'd redo the spray-in bedliner, only to have that claim suddenly vanish the next day. Two whole months waiting for three dents and a taillight. Ten thousand dollars later, I'm left outraged--not just at the delay, but at the sheer lack of professionalism, communication, and respect. Yes, I will say the work they did is good, I'm satisfied with that. But their complete failure to communicate properly, their misguided decisions to do way more than what was agreed upon, and their blatant disregard for my time and money? It's just unacceptable. Customer service? Nonexistent. Respect for my time and funds? Ignored. This has been a nightmare from start to finish.
