Boruske Brothers was great! I needed a side mirror replaced after someone hit it and took it off. They were quick with an estimate and it was very transparent with the breakdown of cost. When the dealership sent the wrong part they were great with getting my car back to me quickly while they waited on the correct part. Once it was in and painted (very fast turn around), they actually came to my house to pick up my car, made the repairs, and dropped it off within hours. Super fast and convenient! I got rear-ended at a traffic light and thinking that it will only cost me a few hundred dollars having my car fixed myself than filing a claim with my insurance company, I decided to look for my own body shop. My insurance company's partner shop wasn't available until several weeks later and it was too far away. I found Boruske bros on Yelp with one of the best ratings near the Clifton area. I was too anxious that it was going to be so complicated like most mechanic visits and that they might overcharge me with BS services. When I got there, I met Brad who was very nice. With a quick look he easily determined that that my car might be a total loss. I was so convinced I just had a broken bumper! He explained what a total loss was and what my options were. He even talked to my insurance company for me. I usually try to figure things out in time but I didn't even have to do anything thIs time. He made sure I got offered rental services, which I turned down initially so he offered me a ride to work. The lady who drove me was very nice, too. I left my car at their shop until I had the chance to collect my stuff and they let me drop off my rental at their shop too, all for FREE! Of course my insurance company paid for car storage but there was nothing to inconvenience me. My transition to my new car was waaaaaaay smoother than my previous car purchase all because of the help from Brad and his crew. Finally, John, another employee there gave me a ride home when I left my rental and collected my stuff. I asked Brad if he was sure I didn't need to pay for anything at all as I'm always skeptical. I live in Indian Hill and after some self-inflicted damage (hit my mailbox), had gone to yelp to schedule an appointment with a local body shop. After scheduling the appointment, I was asked if I would like to see other providers. I said yes, thinking I would be presented with a list to choose from. Nope, it just sent my request to "bunch" of body shops located in the tri-state area. I had taken my car in to a local shop that same day and received an estimate. Greg from Boruske called and wanted to see the damage and make an estimate. I sent him pictures and he met with me at my house the next morning with the insurance adjuster, provided an estimate quite a bit lower that the one I had received from the local shop, and took the truck with him to the his repair shop. All this, after I had informed him I would likely be going with the "local" shop (who incidentally, was going to charge me for pickup and delivery, which Boruske did not). Long story short, I'm very pleased to have selected Boruske. Greg made things so easy (constant communication, delivery before expectations), that I had him do two other cars that required some relatively minor repair. Same excellent service on those. We got the quote from them on a Friday and they had us in the shop first thing Monday morning. The fix went exactly as they had explained to us and we had our Jeep back on Tuesday afternoon. Not only did they fix the fender, but that cleaned up the car, inside and out, better than it was when we bought it. The staff was awesome and easy to work with. Highest recommendation for quality work, integrity, and service. Some highway debris flew onto our brand new car, scratching up the hood, headlamp, and bumper. I hoped it could be buffed out, but the first body shop I went to quoted over a thousand dollars to repair. I tried Boruske for a second opinion. They were easy to text with and suggested they might be able to buff the damage out rather than do costly repairs. I brought the car in, and they said they should be able to buff most of the damage out for a small price. The body repair person and manager were professional, friendly, and honest. Do NOT take your car here! I used to be a fan and took my car there twice and even recommended Boruske Bros to people. Not anymore!! My husband took in his BMW and had to go back to theri shop"5" times because there were obvious problems. Three times when he went to pick up what he thought was his reparied car, the car door panels were not on right among other things that were readily noticeable. The amount they charged was extremely expensive and Virgil offered no reimbursement when we asked. My husband was out of a car for over 3 weeks and it was supposed to take 3 days! Would not ever take my car back. The guys Virgil has in staff now are not competent. read more

Just got my 2002 toyota camry back after a front end collision. The car looks great. The paint matches very well. Not only did they clean the outside of the car but the inside was detailed as well. The engine compartment was so clean that I had to check the invoice to see if I got a new battery. Work took a little over a week once they ordered the parts, insurance held them up as they determined whether or not to total the car. Thankfully it was not totaled. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if you do I'm sure you will be pleased. They were recommended by a co-worked and it was quite a haul for me but ultimately well worth it. read more
