Because my VW Tiguan took six quarts of oil I ended up paying $75.83 for this bumper to bumper service. I have no problem with the quality of the service, but I do have a problem with the deceptive nature of the coupon. No where on the coupon does it state a limit of quarts or coupon is only good for up to five quarts. This reeks of "bait and switch" and they should make the language on their coupon state it is only good for five quarts.

They removed and replaced 2 transmissions incorrectly fixed a flywheel causing my clutch to be burnt up resulting in them having to get an entire new clutch for the car. They told me to drive on a flywheel where any gear it would slip and not stay in gear, causing unknown damage to my brand new transmission from mazda japan I had waited 3 and a half MONTHS FOR. You read that right. They choose the slowest shipping option and made me wait that long.. I recored the tech in the drive saying that the slipping was normal for a new flywheel....they will lie. They will decieve. They will judge you on appearance. They left my car with 3 miles of gas and the first time they swapped my transmission my interior piece was still hanging off. They are a nightmare to go to and this was all WARRANTY WORK for my maxcare carmax warranty. They should've never got my business. Be like me, stay smart and avoid scummy business like these!!! Worst employees I've ever seen in person!

Please consider using a different collision shop. I took my car to woods to fix a small dent /…read morescuffed paint from my car being hit with a baseball bat. After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality. Lastly, there is a complete lack of professionalism in there front office and with management.

I rarely write negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but my experience with this…read morerepair shop has been frustrating. Over the course of a year for a single passenger side body repair, I had to return multiple times to the shop and make over a dozen phone calls. The main issues were quality of work and customer service. Quality of Work: Several items from my insurance claim were missed during the initial repair, and even after the repairs were done in stages, I experienced recurring issues (e.g., electronics malfunctioning) only after driving the car off the lot. Customer Service: Communication was poor, with a lack of clarity on timing expectations for a replacement for a faulty part included in the original fix. Despite the shop eventually accommodating me once the part arrived (something I only learned by calling them myself), I faced further frustration when issues continued after the repair, when I drove off the lot. When I suggested they test cars in motion to avoid rework, I was dismissed as not being an "expert" and told to sit and wait, which I did for an additional hour, while this new issue was being fixed. Additionally, my car was always returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. In short, if you're considering Wood's Collision, proceed with caution. Document everything and be prepared for poor communication and potential rework. I could have just had bad luck, but felt the need to share my experience with others.
