When the dealership sent the wrong part they were great with getting my car back to me quickly while they waited on the correct part. I give this ZERO stars. This was quite possibly the worst transaction I have had with a business…read moreever. It was very pleasant at first, I made the appointment and they worked it out with my insurance company. The driver showed up a half hour early for my appointment after I specified at least 10 times the time of the appointment. Then they called the wrong number claiming not to have my cellular # but in fact they did because they called me on it the day we set up the appointment. They apologize for the mix up and promised to have someone there after 4 the following day. So for the second day in a row I leave work early and sure enough....no one shows up. I call them and they say they can't get a hold of the driver....she said she would call me back immediately. 30 mins later at ten til 5 (when they close) I call again when I get no call back and they tell me someone "might" come that evening. So I stay home....and no one shows up. The next morning their customer service dept calls to see how my appointment went. I explain the situation to her, demand my $100 be returned as it was on hold for the deductible and receive a pretty weak apology. Then that afternoon I get a call from my roommate that there is a technician waiting at the house to repair my glass. I got on the phone and told him to leave....he agreed with me that his company didn't have their act together and "this happens all the time" is what he said. He was the most apologetic of anyone and most likely it wasn't his fault. They are based out of Wisconsin and they go by "Great Lakes Auto Glass". I did call the number listed for Zip and asked them to confirm it was Great Lakes before I posted this to make sure.
