My daughter's back window was busted out by a snow plow and Safelite made the process incredibly easy on me for replacement. The communication from start to finish was professional, quick and left no stone unturned. Originally, they were going to come to my office to replace the window but due to the cold weather, we had to adjust and bring the car to them. With the change, Safelite was considerate of my schedule and made sure to accommodate my needs. Everyone from the office staff to the technician were very polite and helpful. After finishing the repair, the technician came out to speak with me and informed me of everything he had done and what I should and should not do over the next few days to ensure there is no issues with the glass. Todd helped me and it took just under three hours so much sure you plan some time. They have a small waiting room with two tvs. It was $575 for replacement of two parts of the muffler. Unfortunately I did have to take it back due to a sound when going over bumps but I was able to bring it back next day and it was fixed! They are currently going thru renovations but very open! You can see your car getting repaired and downside is you can hear EVERYTHING. Plenty of parking in their private lot which takes up a whole corner in Covington. Would I come back for work? Yes I probably would.

After being led on with promises for months we filed complaints with the better business bureau and they never responded to them. We then went to the KY state attorney general and file a complaint with them. They did not respond to them either. In the meantime they moved out of their shop and have ghosted us completely and the employee who recommended them. Will not answer calls, texts at all. Very dishonest customer service and won't refund our money. We now have a truck that won't run for 8 months and are still paying on it. We had a 3 year warranty on repairs so don't trust them on that end. Liars!

About a week later I took it in. The other driver's insurance (Progressive) was paying the bill. The insurance company was a little intransigent at first and the two different estimates were way apart, but that was worked out. They did a beautiful job on my 9 year old car and when I picked it up it honestly looked like it had come right out of the showroom. Even washed it good. The customer service was really great and communication was terrific. They have been around for 50 years and it's easy to see why.
