I went in prior to my appointment and discussed that I wasn't sure if I should have just placed it to fix the chips or as the replacement. They said they would go the cheapest route for me but would have someone look at it to make sure before they got started. The technician went outside and inspected every single chip and informed me that I was good to go - all chips were filled properly, and nothing had to be done. They canceled the appointment, and I went on my way. No out of pocket expenses incurred. They were extremely polite, took the time to explain the reason why I would think they needed to be replaced, and how he knew the repairs were done properly. Anyone else would have gladly taken the money and replaced the windshield unnecessarily. Definitely a place to go for their honesty and customer service.

They said it…read morewould cost $1900 to replace the air compressor in my car according to their diagnostic (which didn't need to be replaced at all I came to find out). That's almost $2000. They said their was a blockage in my air compressor. This didn't sound right so I went to another car place to get a second opinion, they said that's impossible because a blockage would have cause the air compressor to blow up by now. It cost $118 for them to top off the freon. After we payed the money and waited for about 15 minutes, I asked what exactly they did. They're response was "you have enough freon we just topped it off". She really couldn't explain to me what they did and it was definitely a waste of money. I recommend going to the Precision Tunes in Killeen. They offered me correct information and the same deal for more parts and a third of the price.

After doing thorough research, I came across Mayo's Auto for an oil change, front two tires needed to be replaced, and inspection of my vehicle. I was attended very well, offered bottles of water, seated in a great, air-conditioned comfortable area while they fixed my tires. However, after a few days I had a problem with my right tire. When I went back and explained my situation, Lugo took care of me right away and acknowledged the problem happened here and was going to fix it immediately.
