It was never fixed properly and stopped working totally in September. I started trying to get it fixed then and it took forever for them to get back to me. Finally found out that the service repair guy that works for them wasn't coming and tried to get them to replace it. No call back until THE DAY AFTER my warranty was up!! They said it is out of their hands and that I should deal with Whirlpool themselves. Whirlpool says deal with the Brick. So basically stuck with a dishwasher that doesn't work even though it was covered under the one year warranty. They won't even call me back. Don't buy from this store :(

I found what I needed... Then, I asked for some cuts, and this old man was the one to do it. I asked for 2 lengths, he cut 1. Then, he walked up to my 7 year old, with a 2 X 2 X 2 and said "this is a kid beating stick. He was waving it at my kid, like he wanted to hit him with it and my son was afraid. Umm, I cut in and said, "He's kidding, right? Don't worry, he's only kidding." But, he just continued for a couple minutes, waving and staring at my son, before he placed it onto my cart.... My tires were inflated to 28psi instead of 40psi. They didnt even clean the rims before they ballanced them. The service manager has no knowledge about actual mechanics, anybody dealing in milliliters instead of millimeters for break shoes should not run a department. Poor attitude, zero knowledge and poor workmanship. Stay far far way and go to an actual shop with proper customer service and mechanical knowledge.
