I visited this company's website and I'm wondering if it even does actual business anymore, because…read morethe site appears to not be fully functioning. They say they recycle fur coats, and I was wondering if they'd take a fur muff. The site urged, "any questions, e-mail us." Their e-mail link didn't link, so I dug up their e-mail from another source and asked, "What about a fur muff?" I got a canned answer, "We have received your pictures via e-Mail, from the pictures you took we have determined visually that your fur coat, can't be used for our current recycling program." I did NOT ask about a fur COAT and I did NOT send ANY pictures. The least they could do is send a canned response that fits the question asked.
