I agreed to a service ,of which I thought was an estimate .. can be higher or lower depending on time and parts used .. nope..., what they tell you is what you get. They half ass installed a water softener that I supplied . In fact I supplied most of the parts needed .. they supplied roughly 35- dollars worth of parts and the job took 1.5 hours and looked like an apprentice that had no idea what he was doing , did the install . They wanted $680 for a job that had $35 , their gas and 1.5 hrs time invested . I complained about the quality of the job and the value of the job and the office girl was rude . They sent out Abraham Garcia to address my complaint who was an egotistical and a very unprofessional ,supposed service manager ?? I did drop a couple F bombs , but Abraham started dropping them back to me . He agreed with me the job was not professional and that he would of did it a lot differently . I said just cut the bill in half and I'll walk away unsatisfied and you will still make your money for the job .he refused Instead he wanted his apprentice whom he disciplined, in front of me to redo the work and still wanted the $680. Long story short I didn't want them redoing a job they couldn't do correctly the first time .. I settled with them for 500 and that was 500 too much .... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! read more

GVP quoted me a price for new gas furnace and central air. Promised me that there would be no surprises. After installation, which was in the time frame quoted, the tech settled with me for payment...same price I was quoted. As my electrician had not yet hooked up the central air, the tech said give us a call when done and we'll finish the central air. I did call after the electrician hooked up the unit. Tech came back out in reasonable amount of time, and worked for about 30 minutes doing the final setup. Then had me sign another work order receipt for $00.00 for that service. I can't speak for quality or value as I am not an expert on HVAC. But I have no complaints. Might also add, they cleaned up after themselves...no mess! read more

Save your money, I called them when I I first moved here to fix a clog in the sink the guy looked at the sink and said well looks good to me, that will be 200 bucks lol. No joke , after that I called a different plumber and never went back. read more

Nothing's worse than the toilet backing up, the shower stall having standing water after a shower, and my daughter and son-in-law being out of state (I live with them). Curvin was the miracle worker who fixed up the problem...he was professional, polite, friendly, and knew his business! I was panicking and his prompt repair work did the trick. Can I give a negative rating? Called because of water backing up from the sewer into the basement. The guy insisted nothing was wrong in the sewer line but wanted to schedule a huge job cleaning out the pipes in the house and charged for looking but doing nothing to fix the problem. Got another estimate since we could literally see sewage backing up. The other plumber immediately cleared the sewer line and fixed the problem. Could have spent lots of money on the wrong thing because the guy didn't recognize a backed up sewer line. read more

I'm giving them one star because everyone deserves at least one. I have done business with this company for over a dozen years. We purchased a furnace, an air conditioner, and a specialized bathtub, and have spent tons of money on plumbing and other maintenance. They are over-priced and they continually want to sell you additional upgrades every time they come for a routine inspection. The last straw was this last Friday (mid-winter in February) when our furnace (which they installed and recently did a pre-winter inspection) malfunctioned. The gas valve needed replacing. When I called them on Friday they informed me they couldn't send a tech until the following Friday (7 days with no heat in February, are you kidding me???). For a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with them this is unacceptable. I contacted another competitor in town who sent someone in a matter of two hours. The problem was fixed at a much more reasonable price and I had heat in a matter of hours (not weeks!!) Yes, I am angry and they will never again receive my business!!!!! read more

Plumber came out Sat the 8th of July for a back flow valve leak. Said the part would be here on Mon,,, called me Monday then said he couldn't do it but would back out at 6 am on Tues.. He called again 8pm on Monday and asked me to check trhe size on the top of the back flow and I'm thinking he should've known this in order to get the part and he did take a pic to send to his boss so he should have know this.. after telling him it was 1 1/4 he freaked and said 3 days for part to come in???? I asked to have him tell his boss Josh to call me and he called me back saying he would have to call me Tues morning its now thurs and no call from anyone. I had purchased the maintainece program and justr had all the stuff checked a couple weeks prior to this happening. I will go else where I do not need customer service like this and its very sad too because I used to love the. Good luck keep customers when you hire people with no education or customer service.
