The new insurance company, found by my insurance agent, came and did an inspection, and my old wood burning cookstove, even tho not having been operated in maybe 30- 35 years, is still in perfect operating order. Andrew and Jarrod from Top Hat arrived when scheduled, performed the necessary inspection requirements in a timely and professional manner, and both possessed great 'bedside manner' (as we say about doctors) .... I received their thorough report early the next morning, along with a filled out questionnaire from the insurance company .... I forwarded their digital reports to my insurance agent, who promptly passed it on to my new insurance company that very same day. I had trusted A Clean Sweep to continue doing a good job after I had already used them several…read moretimes to clean out my stove pipes from built up soot. But when they installed a new stove, only one person showed up and he was new and ended up dropping the stove because he couldn't get it up the stairs on the deck. After the install, the stove has leaked, causing my windows to smoke up and the carbon monoxide detector to go off. And the worst part is, Randy won't take responsibility for it and so I am being forced to file a complaint with Larimer County and take legal action.

The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet.
