I received 700.00 from the insurance company. Come to find out, Maidu Dental wasn't a preferred provider. That was my bad for not researching it on my own. I went in several times for measurements and my denture finally arrive. Well it did't fit so I went back because I was told, if it's loose "we can adjust it". A week later, I get it back, still loose, but not as loose so I am told to try to adjust and if anything feels wrong just come back, they'll fix it. Literally 2 hours later I get a call from the office asking if I'd been told about the charges for going in to get a proper fit or adjustment. It is not free. Really? They did the fitting, I paid 3,000.00 and have to pay extra for it to fit properly? It's bad business practice!

So we took that sample and shopped around with it to see if others could do better on price and service. We found exactly what we were looking for with DMD. They were more local to us, which I love supporting, and they were able to get us the material we wanted at about 2/3 the price previously quoted. Service is even more important when having people in your home so here is my review of each of the employees we interacted with: Brie was the one that coordinated everything. She was fantastic! She is the reason everything went so smooth, from scheduling to answering all questions. Must have adjusted my estimate 5 times. Fabricators: minimal interaction, but they met all the time lines and helped me out on a little bathroom side project. Installers: great guys. Very professional and did a perfect job. No complaints. Also did the backsplash demolition for me and put up some drywall at the last minute. Very comfortable with them personally, even around my family, which is a big deal. Price was mid range, but I didn't trust the big box hardware stores to farm it out the lowest bid installers. Read mostly horrible reviews of the ones they use, and they all use the same one. DMD is a one stop shop and they take care of you.

In fact, he is so wonderful I even switched my child to him around age 7. He has top of the line equipment, and his hygienist are some of the most gentle cleaners ever. Where I've never left after a cleaning in pain, only clean smile. In addition, His staff has worked there FOREVER too which is another excellent sign he's an amazing employer to them. He's never tried to up-sell me or anyone in my family nor recommend something unnecessary. In fact he's saved me money when I switched my husband to him where another dentist was taking advantage of him at the time (only went to another dentist due to Saturday only availability). I've found it's worth driving far or taking a day off to seeing dr Haddad because I know I'm getting the best of care for myself & family. I originally scheduled my appointment back in…read moreDecember for July, but got a call a week before my appointment that it had to be pushed all the way to October due to the doctor's scheduling. Thankfully they were able to work around last minute cancellations at their other locations. Because of that, I ended up going to three different offices in one week. I went to Folsom on Tuesday for my initial assessment, Citrus Heights on Wednesday for a filling, and Auburn on Thursday for my cleaning. So if you're booking here, just be aware that you may need to be flexible or visit multiple locations if you want to get in sooner. That said, my hygienist in Auburn, Alice, completely turned the experience around. She was hands down the best hygienist I've ever had! She was so kind and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout my cleaning. She explained everything, was very personable, and made what is usually an anxious experience for me feel easy. I can't recommend her enough. 10/10!
