Booked my limited track edition GTR in for a full body PPF, received the car back with damage to…read morethe jack mounting point, damage to lower driver side fender, damage to A pillar including rubber cut, pulled paint, pulled clear off a limited carbon spoiler, all on top of a terrible PPF job. The images posted in the link are after a return visit with a list of outstanding issues after 3 on site reviews as the car was being completed. $7200.00 prepaid and 4 months in his shop is a ridiculous amount of time to wait to get this type of result, not even to mention to complete unprofessionalism by Andre, the countless excuses and the several extensions he asked for ALONG with his complete admission of fault, and agreement with everything I stated and promise to correct, which he never did and damage was sustained to the vehicle while in the possession of Dres Auto Detailing Inc. Its took 4 months of BS with this vendor to get me to the point I flipped out, and called him out on everything on April the 1st, and then days later he asked me to come in on the 18th to have the issues corrected, which I did and upon pick up from several issues outstanding along with him rushing to finish the A pillar, which he cut the rubber while trimming the vinyl. The staff including the manager Roberto were friendly, courteous, professional, and went above and beyond what I expected. I always did my own car cleaning but from now on at least annually I will be dropping my car to those guys to make it new again.

We had booked for a Bronze cleaning but Roberto, the manager, encouraged us to upgrade to a Silver one. We agreed and decided to leave our SUV overnight (as it now needed a four hour window of cleaning time) with the understanding that it would be finished by 10:00 am the next morning. At the agreed upon hour, we arrived to find our vehicle currently being worked on in the bay. This was extremely frustrating as we had somewhere we needed to be. Roberto apologized for the night shift's incompetence and put all hands on deck. It got completed in 20 minutes. We were also given $20.00 off for the inconvenience - but - I would have expected no less given the circumstances. On the positive side, our five year old CRV Honda looks basically brand new again and we are very, very happy with the results.

I have been going to Benny's for many years and when Benny owned it and then Lee-Ann I would and…read moredid give it 5 stars ( I would have given more ) but now it is owned by Benny's grandson and he doesn't show the commitment that Benny's is known for . I was told to have my car there at 7am . Myself and another gentleman were there at 7 am . The door was locked . I had to pound on it to get a response . I was told that I would be called when my car was ready . By 3:30 I had not received a call so my ride (who had other things to do ) drove me over . It was almost 4 when I got there and I was told that my car hadn't even been worked on yet ( a call would have been nice ) . I was told that he had been working on pick up ' all ' day. I told him that I would leave it overnight and pick it up tomorrow morning ( what else could I do ) . He said that he would work late to get it finished .I showed up at 10 am and the car was still not done . He was working on another vehicle which was not there the day before . He had had the vehicle 27 hrs by this point . He finished with the other vehicle before he ' rushed 'through getting mine done with a little help from me. He was supposed to do an engine shampoo which wasn't done because of an equipment failure which I was still charged for . He should have cleaned it by hand . Through all of this I was still charged full price which was considerably more than my last detailing ( by Lee-Ann ) and it was done perfectly . For $79 all in, that's not what I expected. Yes I have a Shevy Cobalt LT 2010, with just the basic upgrades so maybe it wasn't so much fun to clean which is why it was left a little dirty? First the dash was dirtier than when I started because they left so much lint behind. I called someone out and they spent 5 min fixing that issue which was really good on them in terms of service. Other problems I had though was vacuuming was just mediocre, there was still a ton of dirt and large ish yellow particles on the carpet that wasn't even ground in, it was loose. Next they missed missed my cup holder entirely, and the entire manual shifter area was still dirty including loose dirt on leather cover. All in all it was 'fine' for a $30, maybe $40 clean but in no way was it worth the $69+ tax I paid.
