When you know you did a lousy job, you offered a free cleaning. I don't know anyone successful in business who would offer FREE services, when they've done a great job. After the 2nd incident, I should've let you go. My mistake. The pictures don't lie. But then again, maybe I dirtied the apartment, took pictures and spent 1/2 my day cleaning after a service, simply because I have nothing better to do. Defensiveness is borne out of guilt.

She contacted Carolina (supervisor) and Carolina was at my residence within an hour to survey the property. I initially scheduled her to come the next day in the morning; however, something arised and I had to reschedule for that afternoon. Karen & Carolina were both flexible and was able to book me for that afternoon instead. Fast forward, Carolina arrived with two other helpers and they were very thorough - they were very professional and moved quick as well.
