For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. There are so many cleaner service choices out there, I don't think I will be using Carvalhos again.

I went on yelp to see if I could find him someone to come in and clean with one days notice. I sent a message to Katia and she responded within 30 minutes. We set an appointment for her to have a cleaning crew at the apartment the very next day and all of the communication was done via text.
