He waited patiently in line…read morefor about 15 minutes, and when it was finally his turn, the employee told him she wasn't taking any more orders. She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It was extremely frustrating for him to leave without a meal, especially since he only had a limited break. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

However, i have to say, i came here on a busy day before the holidays, had to ask several staff different questions, and each and every single one was much more than willing to help. and with smiles, and truly genuine. due to the holidays and advance notices for custom cakes, i was unable to get the cake i specifically wanted, however the staff was also more than apologetic for the inconvenience, and kindly pointed me to getting a pre-made sheet cake and having words placed on it. truly a wonderful staff who all puts in that extra effort to make customers feel welcome!

The store has been remodeled and now we need a map to find out where things are currently…read morelocated...HOWEVER the restrooms were also remodeled and in the women's rooms, the coat hooks on each stall door is what appears to be six FEET off the floor, and if you have on a coat longer than a jacket, and you cannot reach the hooks, you have to put it on the DIRTY FLOOR. Many women have complained to MANAGEMENT - I know I have several times, and the closest I come to a solution is - 'It has been reported, and something will be done.' MY question is WHEN? Next week, next month, next YEAR??? The only hook low enough in the front is in the handicap stall, and in the back, not even in there. This needs ADDRESSED - and SOONER, not LATER!!!

From being rude and dismissive to my wife, scripts still not filled 4-5 hours after being sent electronically from the hospital to the pharmacy to scripts just being refilled when not ordered to the final straw today of it taking 15 minutes to pick up a simple script of 800mg Ibuprofen that was called in two days ago only to be told at first it wasn't there. I have never been so dissatisfied with a business in my life. I have never written a review like this before. Goodbye rite aide it has not been fun. If I could give you zero stars I would.

Where we go to get our weekly shopping. Pharmacy is pretty efficient and quick. Produce is pretty…read morestocked and reasonably priced. Go on Sundays and try some of the free samples that they have displayed through out the store but also quite busy and chaotic on the weekends. This Wegmans is ok with their organic and healthy food section and I can usually find what I need such as cocoa, and gluten free products etc. The lines to check out can sometimes be quite long and check your receipts afterwards because the check out cashiers sometimes run through your groceries so fast that they charge you double for your items with out even noticing. This has happened to us a handful of times in which we had to go back to customer service with our receipts in order to get our money back.
