She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It was extremely frustrating for him to leave without a meal, especially since he only had a limited break. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

However, i have to say, i came here on a busy day before the holidays, had to ask several staff different questions, and each and every single one was much more than willing to help. and with smiles, and truly genuine. due to the holidays and advance notices for custom cakes, i was unable to get the cake i specifically wanted, however the staff was also more than apologetic for the inconvenience, and kindly pointed me to getting a pre-made sheet cake and having words placed on it. truly a wonderful staff who all puts in that extra effort to make customers feel welcome!

The store has been remodeled and now we need a map to find out where things are currently…read morelocated...HOWEVER the restrooms were also remodeled and in the women's rooms, the coat hooks on each stall door is what appears to be six FEET off the floor, and if you have on a coat longer than a jacket, and you cannot reach the hooks, you have to put it on the DIRTY FLOOR. Many women have complained to MANAGEMENT - I know I have several times, and the closest I come to a solution is - 'It has been reported, and something will be done.' MY question is WHEN? Next week, next month, next YEAR??? The only hook low enough in the front is in the handicap stall, and in the back, not even in there. This needs ADDRESSED - and SOONER, not LATER!!!

I'm just driving thru to my anniversary celebration weekend (year 1 down) to parts unknown (he wont tell me) and most likely will never be back this way as I live in NYC. I have never been one who believed in getting my prescriptions from a grocery store. I always used…read moreWalgreens or CVS. However, once I decided to give Wegmans Pharmacy a try. There is no chance that I will ever go anywhere else! The pharmacy Manager over there is utterly amazing! I have had the opportunity to witness the extremely professional way that she interacts with both her staff and the customers. My wife and I both get all of our medications and yearly flu shots there. Madeline S. is not only a major asset to your company, but to the local community as well!
