Many women have complained to MANAGEMENT - I know I have several times, and the closest I come to a solution is - 'It has been reported, and something will be done.' MY question is WHEN? Next week, next month, next YEAR??? The only hook low enough in the front is in the handicap stall, and in the back, not even in there. This needs ADDRESSED - and SOONER, not LATER!!!

I'm just driving thru to my anniversary celebration weekend (year 1 down) to parts unknown (he wont tell me) and most likely will never be back this way as I live in NYC. But as I said...its a Walmart. Anyway, no surprises here and nothing I haven't written or you haven't read about your average, run of the mill Wally World.

No one answers the phone the automatic service fails to let you get someone on the phone and takes several minutes to get to voice mail. My husband went to Wegmans on his lunch break at 7:45 PM to grab a sub. He waited patiently in line…read morefor about 15 minutes, and when it was finally his turn, the employee told him she wasn't taking any more orders. She had seen him standing there the whole time, yet never communicated that she was closing the line. If she had simply let him know earlier, he wouldn't have wasted his time. It was extremely frustrating for him to leave without a meal, especially since he only had a limited break. It's disappointing that the employee couldn't either take a moment to let him know or just finish his order since he was the last person in line. We expect better customer service from Wegmans.

There is no chance that I will ever go anywhere else! The pharmacy Manager over there is utterly amazing! I have had the opportunity to witness the extremely professional way that she interacts with both her staff and the customers.
