They welcome you when they pick up the phone! I went in for some dandruff and eczema issues. I first had an appointment 2 weeks out, but then there was a snow day. Tip: Perfect day to call and replace a cancelled appointment. I had no problem getting there in the snow. After all, my scalp was asking for any help it could get! Dr. Hess was genuine and checked me and new course of action I needed next. So far, one month later, it seems to be working well. Although, I still have some irritation, so that's what my next follow up visit is for. Tip: Follow up visits are easier to schedule! They had samples of Dove soap and lotion in the office waiting room. They also provided me with some samples of hand cream. I wish they could have offered some samples of the dandruff treatment, which I later found out they had in stock. I had to fork out a couple hundred of dollars (thanks to my new deductible I had to meet first because it was the beginning of the new year) for the prescriptions, only praying it would work in hopes that I didn't waste my money.
