They made time out of their busy day to come by, and did the job in under half an hour. It would of taken us the entire day, if we could even do it at all (the thing was stupid heavy.) I learned a lot just watching them work. We transplanted at the worst possible time while the shrub had started flowering, and we knew there was a high probability it wouldn't survive the transplant. However it's been three weeks and the shrub is blooming and alive, and we think this is largely due to how cleanly they cut the roots and how quickly and securely they got it back into the ground. Amazing company! We had Kyle come out because we were dealing with ants, stink bugs and mice (oh…read moremy!). After a review of our home, he was able to offer us a quarterly plan that was very affordable and was able to treat everything. We learned a lot too! For instance, did you know the stink bugs hibernate in your walls until Spring? Kyle was able to get rid of our ant problem in one shot. Additionally, he set traps for the mice and found some ingress places we were able to close up. Once we rounded up the mice, we haven't seen any since! He also gave us some advice on how to prevent these kind of issues in the future. The advice coupled with the quarterly plan we are now on, I am certain we are in good hands.
