He returned a few times over the course of next three weeks with the yard getting weedpier and weedier to discuss the rest of my project. The rest of my project was making my property look like a picture I showed him. That was at our last meeting and then never heard from him again. Trying to get another landscaper in the middle of summer is next to impossible. He talked the talk but couldn't walk the walk. He even boasted he had to landscape a big company and that is why he rarely replied my texts, calls, emails. He had a bigger fish on the line. Now the neighbors are expecting us to perform miracles because the yard looks so bad. Daniel also didn't know how to write up a simple contract for services rendered. Always get it in writing.

I can't imagine how they feel at the end of the day as it was extremely hot and humid but that did not stop the work and dedication that they had to ensuring that we were pleased with the end product. The amount of work that they completed was done in such a timely manner that I was shocked! Our project was fully completed within 9 days! This was over the course of three weeks due to holiday closure and two days being set aside for their landscaping days. No need to worry if you're going to like what they are doing as they frequently have you come look at how things are going for your approval. This is a family owned and operated company and as you work with them you start to feel apart of the family as well. Previously I did not have a driveway - just two gravel tracks. Manuel and his crew were done within DAYS, were super organized (the rest of my yard was literally untouched), and it looks amazing. My garage is set wayyyy back detached from my house, so it is a very long driveway - it's been over a year, and we love it. Several neighbors have asked for his info, even leaving notes in my mailbox, and everyone agrees that I brought up the whole block's value. This is a long-term investment that has already started to pay off. I'll also add that my village, in spite of my permit application being sent in in November, did not tell me until two months later in January that they were going to tear up my street, the gutters, and that everyone's apron (including my brand new beautiful apron) would be destroyed, to be fixed at my own expense.
