Chris and his associate Mike showed up a bit early (great!) and did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a complicated task. It took a lot of maneuvering to get the old unit disassembled and removed, but the guys worked diligently and got it done. Since I hadn't been able to clean behind the old unit for over 20 years you can well imagine the huge dust bunnies left behind!
