After purchasing the vehicle, he told me the floats in the fuel tanks didn't really work; not the end of the world. Vehicle was delivered safely. It sat for about ten days before I could drive it. On EVERY drive, the truck turned off while driving, sometimes on the highway. I am familiar with 7.3s, so I suspected something was up with the oil or fuel pump. Brought to a specialty garage and sure enough, ***$2300 LATER*** my truck is running again. The fuel pump was completely shot. It NEVER drove more than 5 miles without turning off and was honestly dangerous. When I asked Avi to help make this right, he refused, offering no concession and telling me it was a good sale price. I wouldn't trust Avi or do business with him again. I would be happy to take down this review if he pays for half of my repair.

By far, NWD was the best. I left a message for NWD, and Neil called back with 5 minutes. He was pleasant, sincere, and respectful, offered a fair price for my car, and was extremely flexible with pick up dates/times. I confirmed the sale with him on Friday and that he would be at the house Saturday at 10:30 am to pick it up. I had heard that some of these salvage companies could show up at any time (if at all) so I left the whole morning open just in case. Neil and his assistant were at my house at 10:30 on the dot and had the car loaded onto his flatbed truck in less than 5 minutes. I handed him the title, he paid me in crisp cash, and off he went. The entire transaction took 10 minutes. I was extremely pleased with NWD for their professionalism, fair price, and reliability. The guy did nothing but lie - I even started recording the phone conversations and playing them back to show how crazy of a liar he was with us. The whole experience from the paperwork not being done right , the car not being ready or cleaned when we came to pick up, they don't even put gas in the tank! We had issues with car after ( AC didn't work, roof leaked, had to replace brake pads after they claimed to have just done them... Never returned our phone calls of course. We ended up having another dealership work on the car and said they are known for being scumbags. They tried to go though the extended warranty we purchased through capital motors and it was very limited in what they covered. For example, they covered the new AC condenser ( but wouldn't cover the freon to refill it). They only reimburse up to $100 per hour for the technicians time so you have to pay the difference in what the dealership charges per hour. If something isn't covered in the warranty - they won't cover the technicians time for that portion of the repair. When you are at the dealer, you will see them begging people to leave good reviews. Go back a couple months, they had like a 2 star rating. All the sudden they have 4.7. We are in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. Hope my review can save others from dealing with this place. Honestly - shit happens and we bought a used car but this place is awful. so many other things I haven't even mentioned occurred.
