DONT COME HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE RELYING ON YOUR REFUND SOON!…read more Let's start with the 1st actual appointment feb 18 took documents went over my taxes paid the fee of $220 for W2 preparation, I did agree that we wait what Maria the owner my tax preparer said would be about 2 wks for the EDD 10k tax credit to be finalized & passed into law as my employer had shut down in 2020 due to covid so I have Unemployent & w2 forms to submit , ok so I Waited for her submit but we pretty much had everything ready to go. I waited the 2 wks heard nothing from them so I call to ask them they said the system isn't updated yet to keep waiting to submit ok I wait & wait. I'm hearing from other friends & fam that went elsewhere that were also waiting for the unemployment tax credit that their tax preparers have contacted them so that they are ready to submit. Finally on March 26 after I call they said oh yes we can submit them now all we need is for me to sign, so I show up & another girl goes over my tax paper work that was done in feb 18! & I notice that my refund amount is wrong it's not including the 10k unemployment tax credit that we have been waiting for what she had was 1thousand less than what I'm supposed to get , she says oh let me go check with maria the owner which prepared my taxes Maria agrees that it was a mistake & they fix it & then give me my correct refund amount & paper work. Ok great right? Noooo! I called April 10 spoke to Maria to check the status of my refund because I haven't been able to see anything on the irs website tracker which is odd! She said oh they have been submitted since March 26 that I just have to wait that the irs is very backed up,ok so I believe her & wait & no point during this conversation does she mention that their is anything wrong with my taxes. So fast forward to today a friend of mines informed me that she filed 1 week ago with turbo tax online on paid $50 & already got her refund deposited after a week! So I call the IRS again & say hey what's going on?! The irs representative said my taxes have been rejected multiple times due to the name either being entered incorrect from one of my dependents, she said it's been rejected since April 10 & they tried again April 11 the rep said but no your taxes are not approved or submitted! Of course I'm furious! Why didn't anyone from sainz tax call to inform me! When I called to speak to Maria & I told her was the IRS just told me she was denying what the IRS JUST TOLD ME! She was was speaking over me of course I got loud as well & she kept saying we did submit your taxes we did! I told her you submit them but never informed be that they were rejected! She then said she needed the social security cards again & proof of residency & proof of school enrollment. After our call all communication with her was through txt so I can have proof of their lies. I sent her everything she asked for & asked her why now she needs all of this if it was to buy herself time, because she still had filed my taxes March 26 with out the school verification & proof of residency. Which my w2 & driver license she already had is proof but regardless I sent it to her, but also requested a refund. They then reply with they tried to inform me that my taxes are rejected but according to them my voicemail was full? I replied back why didn't you txt me?! Or E mail me! Regarding the rejection? There's other ways of communication. Well why didn't they? Because my taxes felll through the cracks that's just the Truth they have so many clients & after you pay over $200 they don't care or follow up to make sure your taxes have been accepted & that everything is complete! They deny any wrong doing I could of accepted a we are sorry let's refund you & try to get your taxes submit ASAP we are sorry for the inconvenience. That's what a good business person would of done instead I got talking over me & denying any wrong doing from them! I will never go back & I will warn people about this business & I will go elsewhere as time to file on time is running out. As of now she hasn't replied when or how she will be refunding me by $220! I will also be reporting this business to the BBB! This is unfair as they collect $220 from each appointment they have they done realize people but really be depending on their tax refund I felt like I was very patient with them but this was the last straw! Days before tax deadline & my taxes aren't file yet! & I'm the one that had to call them to inform them! So unprofessional! Oh & one last note their office is very hot no AC both times I have gone so be ready to sweat if you do decide to go to this business! So update I received a txt & they said they will refund me once I take back my copies of the taxes they prepared. I said no problem I will be there tommorow morning to drop it off & hopefully they refund me as I paid with card they said they will reimburse me through my card.

Then saw she had a response to me on my yelp review claiming they don't have a contact person for the county clerk's when they do. I screenshot her email about it. If I would've known this is how it was gonna be, I would've gone to someone else. Seriously. Don't even think about coming to this place. She is beyond unprofessional. Now we're gonna have to wait 19 more weeks of this. ‍

When arriving, I was told by the front desk that the person was not available and had to reschedule her appointments for the rest of the day. I called her while I was there and was told that she tried to reach me (I never received a phone call & I don't recall her taking my number when I scheduled the appointment). I live about an hour away and had to arrange my day so I could take my parents to have notary done. She said I could drive to another location an hour and half later. My parents didn't want to wait to go to another location even though it was just the other side of town. The woman at the front desk gave me another number to see if I could book an appointment with someone else.
