I bought a 1 year old "Brand New" class B. I bought it in 2025 it was a 2024. What they didn't tell me was that the base vehicle was actually built on a 2022 "pandemic" vehicle. I have had nothing but problems. I was repeatedly told that my warranty on the total vehicle started the day that I purchased it. Surprise, first time I went to RAM dealer I was told that I did not have a basic warranty so I got to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's , David Hekes, told me that he would get the warranty in place and pay for my repair bill. A month and a half later neither has taken place. I am going back to the RAM dealer and again I will get to pay for it myself. Gerzeny's are either incompetent or a bunch of liars. I believe a bit of both. Had I known that it was a 2022 vehicle I would not have bought it. The service department does not return calls. I left a message Friday, Saturday and Monday. No call back. I actually had to drive down on Tuesday, from Bradenton since they would not return a call. I have a ceiling leak behind the microwave. After 8 days they said they could not duplicate the problem. Did they remove the microwave and look at the water stains and damp wood? No. Go anyplace but Gerzeny's. Upfront lies, hide the truth, incompetent and just plain crappy service. Did I mention that I paid $3,000 to have a coating put on my van ? No, well, so far they have had to redo it 3 times. What a lousy experience !!! read more

They sold us a new camper and later said it was used so nothing was covered. The tires were rotten and we had a double blowout within minutes of each other on the interstate. The camper should have come with a backup camera monitor and they swear it doesn't come with it and won't give it to us. They kept our camper for 2 months and didn't fix anything, including all the stuff they swore they would fix when they sold it to us. We bought the extra warranty and they said absolutely nothing was covered. Miserable experience all the way around. Do not recommend. read more

I went in looking for a lock to replace the one I b had. I was quoted $130 & I thought that was too much for a standard lock. The gentleman tried to talk me out of a digital lock saying it was unreliable. After I said it was too much I was ignored as he took phone calls and checked stock for other customers and even started dealing with a walk in customer after myself and never acknowledging me again. I called someone for assistance and guidance and decided since I was never acknowledged again I would just buy a new door. As a woman, I am used to being treated like crap and I don't stand for it. They just lost out on a possible $1000 sale because of an asshole behind the counter. I will be ordering a new door and locks from another company. read more

We had a great experience buying our 2025 LTV Wonder RTB at Gerzeny's RV World. Of course there is the usual haggling and negotiations between the Seller and Buyer but everything went smoothly. Both the seller and buyer were happy with the deal, at least I know we were. Our salesman was Dick Omarra, and from the start, I knew he was someone I could trust. Sometimes, people just give off those vibes, and you just know you're dealing with someone credible. Dick is more than credible; he's a genuine person who would make anyone happy to buy an RV from him. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Carlyle Sender, another salesman who has gone over and above to help guide us with some after market purchases. The Finance person, Aaron Dahlgren, did an excellent job of getting us a low-interest loan and reasonably extended warranties. Russ did a fantastic job of prepping the RV and Duke schooled us on all its features and functions. I would be remiss if I did not say that how you are treated from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you drive off the lot with you RV has a lot to do with the sales manager, DJ Bitler, his team reflects him.. I spent a lot of time with DJ during the negotiation process and three words sum him up, "A True Gentleman". You know being a gentleman today isn't about following a set playbook--it's about integrity, grace, and respect in our fast-paced world and DJ embodies all that.. My advices to anyone buying an RV, go see these guys, and enjoy the experience.. The sales manager, DJ, is the only good thing about Gerzeny's. The service department is the worst. The only service department worse than the Bradenton dealership is the Nokomis dealership. STAY AWAY. They also go by RV World. They do terrible work. They offer no customer service and no one cares. My wife spoke with the GM and we both have spoken with various managers about the workmanship as well as Warrenty coverage. I should have known when they were unable to explain how the electrical worked. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from any Gerzeny's or RV World. They even say they are a family business. They are not. My vehicle is a Thor Sanctuary 2023 19P. If you bought a car that cost over 100k you would be treated with, probably the best customer service around. NOT with Gerzeny's. We haven't done much business with this company, but the business that we have done hasn't been great. We first called after our camper was near a tornado and had damage done. After filing a claim our insurance company told us to get some bids. We first called Gerzenys and they were extremely rude on the phone and had no desire to help us. Fast forward a week after Christmas and we had to stop in to get a handle for our screen door. We came here because it was the closest place and we still need those bids. The handle we ended up purchasing was $13 more than it is on Amazon. After getting the handle we went to the service department to get a bid. Larry basically told us that they wanted to go with our insurance directly so they were not wasting time doing a bid. He gave us a estimate in just under four minutes. However, he said he would not give us a bid because it will take an hour of labor time to write it up. I'm not really sure how that's possible when he gave us an estimate in under five minutes. He was trying to get us to bring our entire camper in to do the write up on it. Basically, ensuring that they would be the bid that we wanted to go with or that the insurance company would go with. He definitely wanted us to know that they were too busy to accept new people anyways. It is safe to say that I will not recommend this place to anyone nor will I use this place. Update: We chatted with the lady in the sales dept when we went in to pay for our handle. She said that that was not right and that she would get the service manager to contact us concerning the situation. Will update when that happens. read more

Dropped our Class C off at Bradenton Gerzenys for a pre trip inspection and some roof repair issues. Both Larry and Sandra went above and beyond in taking care of our rig and keeping us informed during the process. The thoroughness that went in to the inspection process was impressive. We've been to other places and like all of us have heard some real horror stories from fellow travelers about their dealings with RV service departments and manufacturers. My AC was making a clipping noise every time it stopped running. Waited for a time to get it in got service. They said the fan was loose and covered it under the warranty. Great. COVID-19 hits and we don't get to go camping. Finally I take it out the week after the 4th of July and guess what. Clipping noise is still there and now I'm out of warranty. Great job guys you patched it just long enough. I send an email and they can't get me in until sometime in August. So I'm calling a local traveling RV guy to come fix it at camp. read more

In my 40 years of purchasing vehicles for my family (19 cars and 7 new RVs), this new RV Sale was by far the most frustrating. From a salesperson who knew absolutely nothing about RVs to the salesperson telling me things that were conflicted by what the sales manager said, and the sales manager telling me things that conflicted with what the service manager said, to them expecting me to be OK with an RV with a "repaired" cracked front windshield, it was just frustration at every turn. They repeatedly inconvenienced me to suit their convenience, not customer service focused. They relentlessly tried every sales pressure tactic/cliche in the book. It was exhausting. If not for the fact they were the only dealership selling what I wanted, I would have been long gone. If you have not done your research and plan to rely on the dealership to look out for you, if are new to RV purchasing, or if you are an unskilled negotiator, my advice is bring someone with you who has experience, or prepare to get fleeced. I would have rated -0- stars; the two stars are a nod to Duke, the wonderful PDI technician and DJ Bitner who, in the end, saved this deal. read more

As a first time buyer I especially appreciated working with Sales representative Michael F. He appears to be a man of integrity and no high pressure sales pitch. He either answered or found answers to all my questions. I was a little concerned about driving the RV but his patience and encouragement soon had me driving comfortably. If I could leave zero stars I would. Total scam deal with these guys at your own risk. I had been working with Bruce Edwards for weeks trying to make a deal on a new class B. He called every few days like he was my friend. When I made my last offer he called back in less than an hour with a counter offer. I accepted the counter offer in the morning. Just before closing that day he calls me back and says "we can't do the deal" need 6000.00 more. Remind you they are the ones that came back with the counter that was accepted. I would stay far away from Bruce and this dealership. I will be reporting this to the FL AG and BBB read more

Our Leisure Travel Van (LTV) needed service due to manufacturer recall. Left 2 messages with service - no one called us back so we drive the RV there. Even though they are a LTV dealer they refused to do the service as we didn't buy from them! They were rude and dismissive. Even more frustrating as we tried to buy a new LTV from them after they sold us on how great they were. Then they refused to sell us the one we looked at as they wanted to keep a model in stock. We found a used one a few months later. Love LTV and if we ever want a newer one will never buy from Gerzeny's. read more

My husband an I just purchased a T@ G camper, it is really nice, the service we got from our salesman was not that great, we had to come to Bradenton twice, because when he said it would be ready it was not. We picked it up an Jason went over everything with us he was really nice. But when we got the camper home we found out the battery would not let us have lights, so I called they did not know, so I called the company that makes the campers, the they told me right where the fuse was for the battery an it should have been done before we picked the camper up.... Warranty Repairs Timeliness I purchased a 2017 Palomino Solaire travel trailer from this dealership a few months ago. After using the unit several times we realized that the manufacturer's flooring was ripping due to the living room slide rubbing on the floor. There were several other minor issues that needed to be fixed that were under warranty. We initially took in the unit for the repairs several days before Hurricane Irma and had to pick up the unit due to the storm. We then took the unit back on October 4th and were told that the work would be done upon receipt of the materials. We did not hear from the dealership and went back November 3rd only to discover the unit sat in their lot for nearly one month and nothing had been done. We were told the work would be done as soon as possible. We went back the following week just to check on the unit and found it was still parked in the same location and not even the minor problems had been fixed. Again the unit sat there untouched. We immediately went to the Service Manager's office to complain and were told the work would begin immediately after I advised them that I was making monthly payments on the unit as well as storage fees and we did not have the unit. November 13th comes and I get a call advising me that nothing had been done on the unit because they were waiting on the parts for the minor work (seems a bit strange it would take so long for minor parts) and that the flooring that had been delivered was not the same color as the one initially installed. They had no clue when the parts or work would be complete. What is most upsetting is that when you are at the dealership shopping, the entire staff is professional and most courteous. Once the sale is done...your importance mysteriously drops below the radar. Needless to say we are very unhappy in which we have been treated by Gerzeny's RV World and at this time would not recommend this dealership to any prospective buyers. :( Update: repairs were done by dealership and completed professionally. After intervention by corporate management, we were happy with the results. Happy with the manner which my complaint was resolved. read more

We bought our 2017 coach used in February 2020. We flew from Cincinnati to Florida to look at it. John Lewis was our sales person and he was great to work with. The coach was everything he said it was. Their tech guy, Jason, showed us how everything worked on the coach. He even gave us his phone number in the event we had a question. The finance department was also awesome to work with. Their rates were lower than our area and they included a bumper to bumper four year warranty in the price. If you buy a new coach you only get a one year manufacturer warranty on the coach part. They also realized that they had a second set of keys which they mailed to us. The RV motor homes here were over priced. We were looking at some of the used ones they had and they needed a bit of work but were decent but weren't worth the price they were listed at. I'm sure some of the newer ones are priced properly but I'm not looking to buy a new one. Signed paperwork at 4PM Sat., business closed Sunday. Called 845AM Monday to cancel order. With business closed Sunday, we literally owned the unit for less than 2 business hours. Owners refused to refund any deposit. Non-refundable deposit clause written in VERY small print in the contract. Nice salesperson (who has since left), but horrible ownership. I am happy with Dream RV. Was a little skeptical after reading the reviews but made the trip from Orlando and am glad that I did. Bought exactly the camper I had been looking for in good condition and at a good price on September 27, 2013 at the Bradenton location. It is a used hard sided folding camper (Chalet 2004 Alpine) . Butch from the repair shop and David the manager were both great. Butch spent time showing me how everything worked, even though my camper was the cheapest on the lot and took him away from working on campers that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. David was low key and even offered to pay for a new key to the camper when one could not be located - even though I had already paid and the papers were signed. I must say that my salesman Jerry was from the old school of salesman and used many of the obvious "run it by my boss", "we usually don't do that but will make an exception for you" clichés but I have been in sales and it did not bother me. And he did ask on the phone if I wanted to put a deposit down on the camper when I had not even seen it yet and asked if I was going to pay cash. No idea how any of that would have worked out, but my obvious answer to both was "No". Over all I am very satisfied with my camper and Dream RV. read more
