Their recommendations came to just over $4100.00 for items that do not need attention- like clear brake fluid just replaced, , radiator flushed 2 years and 6500 miles ago. A part replaced 1 year ago that is fine. And my favorite, oil leak on timing covers. I took it apart and looked. The most minor seepage and dry to the touch. All the items they "identified" had been replaced except battery ( and I got the used parts) less than 15 months and 6500 miles ago. Stay far away from the scam offered here. Want Honest? Not wanting to wait, I called Mike at Jesse's Garage, and he was fantastic. I told Mike I thought it was the fuel pump because the engine wasn't getting any gas, and asked him to fix it. He went above and beyond--towing my car, running a diagnosis, and even offering to drive the car back to me all for free! Last year, they recommended several expensive repairs, including a new battery, brake pads, and rotors. I went to another shop for a second opinion and was told none of that work was necessary. When I returned to Jessie's to discuss it, the manager admitted they could do the work but that it "did not need to be done" and he "wouldn't be able to sleep at night" if they did it. A year later, I returned to Jessie's only to use the oil change I had already prepaid. This time, they told me I suddenly needed brake pads and rotors on all four wheels, plus a 4‑wheel alignment -- yet said nothing about the battery they insisted needed replacing last year. I went straight to another garage again, and once again was told none of that work was needed. To make matters worse, after Jessie's completed the oil change, my car began leaking oil. They hadn't installed the drain plug correctly. Now I have to pay for another oil change to fix their mistake. Two visits, two sets of unnecessary repair recommendations, and now a careless error that caused an oil leak. That's not bad luck -- that's a pattern. I will not be returning.
