Fun trampoline park for kids of all ages. Mostly clean but the foam pit is questionable and your kids are sure to lose their socks in there. Its $5 for socks. We went to buy a season pass black Friday weekend. I'm hoping this will be a good option for my toddler this winter. They have Toddler times Tues and Thurs mornings. Much better pricing than a local competitor in Clifton Park. The one bad thing, there was a large water leak in one area by the trampolines and shoe cubby. They had a large trash can and several mop buckets catching drips. Someone dropped the dodge ball in a bucket and water was everywhere. My wife wanted something for our toddler to do over the winter to burn energy and this place had a special annual pass sale so we stopped by on Black Saturday. It is one-part trampoline park, one-part ninja warrior training ground (like the show on TV), and one part arcade/concession area. It doesn't really fit into a neat box. But it is neat! You put on special socks (available from them for sale, of course) and then bounce on lots of trampolines. It sounds weird until you see the layout of the place, so look at the pictures on Yelp. Some are small squares that let you bounce up and down, and others are long rectangles that let you bounce in a set path. As I type this I know it doesn't really sound fun, but it is for a while. After my 42 year old body caught up to me about 45 minutes in I sat and watched the kids and teenagers play and wow are they good. They can jump from one thing to another, up on the connecting ramps, and down onto others. There were also slides, swings and a foam block pit that is amazingly difficult to climb out of if you aren't in shape (ahem), a bouncing dodge ball area, and a neat multi-level tower to climb up. I am surprised people don't break their ankles here, but that might just be the lawyer in me talking. They make you sign a release upon entering (naturally), so you don't have much say in the matter. Just don't get hurt I guess. As a kid I enjoyed going to the roller skating rink a couple of times a year, and this reminds me of that. I hope our toddler gets more out of it, but the way we had to tear him away from the place when it was time to go I suspect we will get our money's worth. read more

Most run down trampoline park we have visited. More than half has been replaced with inflatable jump houses. Doesn't look like it has been cleaned in some time. I cannot get the alarm sound from the massage chair that was occupied but no one payed for during our entire session, out of my head. I will never book a party here again. This was my second time, and it's clear how much this place has gone downhill over the past few years. Our party hostess was completely AWOL. She dropped the pizza off and left. The intercom was broken, so we had to find each child and tell them that the pizza was here and to go upstairs. We then had to find the hostess to ask where our drinks were, because she never came back with them when she said she would. She then told me that I had to come downstairs for each child's mini melts ice cream, because she wasn't allowed to leave them upstairs... (?) By this time, some kids were jumping again, and I wasn't about to go downstairs each time a child asked for ice cream, so we took the bin of mini melts anyway. I never saw the hostess again after this, but the person at the desk sure flipped that iPad around at the end when I paid, and asked for a tip. A tip for what?! I should have tipped myself. I have brought my 3 year old here twice. She is capable of wearing her mask correctly and I am vaccinated, and we have gone when it first opens. The first time we went, it was great, which is where the 2 stars come from. But today. Today, there was water leaking from the ceiling all over a trampoline. There was trash and torn up balls EVERYWHERE. I spent the first ten minutes cleaning up so my child didn't pick up someone else's trash. The website says they are professionally cleaned and sanitized daily as a covid precaution, but we walked into a disaster. See my pics of trash I collected and the torn up stuff. This wouldn't be acceptable in a pre-pandemic world, but was absolutely horrid mid pandemic. On a positive note, the employee I told about the water leak and trash very quickly began running around to clean and seemed upset that his coworkers from the night before did not do their job. In addition, there were quite a few older children (9/10 years old) not wearing masks. I get that vaccinated adults can go maskless, and kids under 2, but not older kids and unvaccinated adults. My 3 year old can wear a mask while jumping, so can your 8 year old. Stop being selfish people. But really, the staff can regulate this too. read more

Get Air is a great place for a party for kids of all ages. My child, who just turned 17 and her friends and sister who is 18 had a great time! The only downside is that while we were waiting for the pizza and soda to show up, I had to spend 3 dollars on a 12 ounce bottle of water that should have only cost 2 dollars at most. Other than that, the place looks clean and well maintained. Our hostess was pretty nice also so I gave her a 15% tip. read more

This used to be our favorite place to visit. It has SIGNIFICANTLY gone down hill with countless hazard. The spring's no longer have protective covers and multiple children pinched their fingers while we were there. The padding is loose and no longer fastened to the trampoline sides. There's multiple pieces of gum in the toddler foam pit, the foam blocks are dirty and in poor condition. The step down areas are not properly marked with bright tape only in one small section this is a hazard in general but even more so when they have the lights off at night. They could easily add black light, neon or white tape to the edges so that it is visible during the day and look cool and highlighted at night. I have witness several people fall in these areas as it's all black and can be hard to decider that there is a significant step down. There is exposed wiring over by the adventure course and cords with an exposed outlet at floor level outside the toddler area. It is truly a shame how this place has gone down hill as we really love the concept of this place but with the increasing hazards it's not a place I feel comfortable bringing my children any more. read more

I signed my kids up for the ultimate jump pass for the year and headed over for their birthday(not a get air birthday party) we did the night jump and had a great time. The reason I am giving this a 3 is it was very dirty. Hair all over the sinks, garbage on the floors and things were sticky and went and you are walking around in socks. Ick! To top it off I lost my phone and went looking in the jaunt pit only to find 3 masks at the bottom. The equipment needs an update and it is cracked and seen better days. Please update equipment that is getting old. Oh and they were out of all the snacks, no candy, no ice cream and many of the machines were broken or turned off and the lockers stopped working halfway through. Went there today with my 5 year old. We went there when it was supposed to be their "Toddler Time" which is for anyone under 46 inches. However because of the school break they were letting everyone in. They did give me the Toddler Time rate, which allowed me to jump with my son. I was just a bit upset that they advertised this time for the smaller kids on their Facebook, but still allowed the big kids in. There were issues with some of the older kids (cutting in front of him, pushing, going into the area that is for the smaller kids). The staff, while I'm guessing are mostly new, need to step up more to monitor the kids and say something instead of awkwardly standing there. Other than that, my son had an amazing time. There are more things for the younger kids to do, and only 1 area that the little kids are not allowed to go on, other than that, they can go anywhere. The ninja parts give them something different to do other than jumping, and the swing into the foam pit was one of my son's favorite activities. We will definitely be back again soon! read more

First time at Get Air today with my 16 month old. She had an amazing time. She had fun and I enjoyed watching her make new friends and jump her heart out. I don't have many complaints. I would suggest them introduce more trash cans or have some one walk around a couple times to just make sure. I found the trash can but it was all the way at the entrance. Kids have limited attention spans when so many kids are running, yelling and playing. Yes some of the foam cubes are worn out but it's hundreds of kids a day. So what you expect ? I love the the two young guys working the counter. Very interactive with the kids and I had some questions as it was my first time and he didn't mind answering them. They were friendly. Lockers shouldn't be $5 but the price for entry isn't expensive so it works out. We will definitely go back again. read more

Do not let your teens go there at nighttime events the place is not safe - they posted social media of the event that went viral with 500 teens showing up with 1 hr wait to get in. they have teens working teen events (9-midnight) and zero security. Three fights broke out and Guilderland police intervened with pepper spray and taser. Enough said for a place you don't want your kid to be??!! I hope a Guilderland police shut this place down or closure from zero profits. For sure their teen gatherings are a no. Hopefully it's a safe place during mall operations. I took my son there on this week. He love flight and billy bees. So I figured I would try this place out. He had fun but while there I noticed that the establishment was very dirty. Garbage on the ground, in corners, used masks. There was even clothing on the ground. Side note, we were there at 10 am and we're the first ones in. So the garbage was probably from the day before but was never picked up. With that said, I will not be taking my child there and nor do I recommend this place. read more

We went here for the first time today with my 3 year old son. It is located beside Billie beez level 3 of the crossgates mall. If visiting for the first time, you would need to sign a waiver electronically, there are computers located on your right upon entering. There is also someone and instructions to guide you on the steps. After signing the waiver. You go to the cash register and pay, we paid $13.74 for one hour and a pair of socks. You need to wear their socks to play. They don't charge the adults. There is a kids court which is nice for children 46" below. My son had fun and he was tired by the end of the hour. There are coaches on duty to guide everyone. It was not too packed considering it is a Sunday. All in all we are happy and will be back. read more

Place is a crazy wreck, unorganized; no control. For the longest time seemed like there was no employees watching anyone jumping at all, saw one employee in the entire 1 hour. Some items like dodgeballs stolen from the dodgeball area and brought to other areas of the facility. Babies jumping around supervised from parents standing 50 feet away as other adults bounced over them. People sitting in groups of 8+ on singular trampolines putting tons of stress on the springs, never once told one person per square. Fights happening in the shadows of the lights out. Place is a jumping lawsuit saved by waivers. Would not recommend a single person to this place, I lie, maybe inmates to have some fun. read more

Wow I just found out today that this trampoline park is in Crossgates Mall next to Billy Beez. Really nice place with some very unique trampoline play areas for children of all ages. It was 8.99 for an hour of play for a child under 46in. It was free for me because of fathers day. I had an enjoyable experience and plan to come here again. read more

For the entertainment part this place is ok. As for the food and service, terrible! Waited half an hour for any server to come to the table. Took about 40 more minutes for food and it was not busy at all. Only received half the food and 20 minutes later got the rest. The waitress could never be found. I will never go to another Get Air again!! Unfortunately when we booked our party we were not informed that the deposit was non-refundable- even over a month out. In fact I was told by an employee we had up to two days to cancel, which was untrue. Apparently, one can only reschedule up to two days out- not cancel. This was a bit upsetting because I was miss informed; even worse, I was lied to further on in my conversation. When first speaking with them I wasn't aware I wasn't speaking with the Albany branch, the person claimed Felex would never not inform us of this information. I was pretty frustrated that he insinuated I was lying and asked for the corporate office. It was then I was informed I was speaking with corporate and they were located in Utah. How, if you are located in Utah you have any inclination of the employees at the upstate New York branch- which is new? Let alone are able to verify in their work ethic or integrity. This to me shows the corporate office has no integrity or concern for their customers.
