Horrible. At this location fury's came and started doing jumps. They then proceeded to say lies about us and say that we called them a "Stupid Fucking Fury." They told the workers and then the manager. We got kicked out. The workers then screamed at me and my friends. Worst location. Do not recommend. read more

Don't have a birthday party there. They basically push you out. You pay$600 for a great day for your kid and friends and basically they rush the whole process. They started cleaning up before we were even done eating. You have no privacy you have snot nosed kids serving you and basically shoving your pizza down your throat! Brought my niece here today for the first time for ... TODDLER TIME!! It was def so cool!! She was able to interact with other toddlers and most importantly we both burned off some steam! I will 100% bring her back. It was clean the team members were friendly and helpful and it was fun!!! read more

Take your children to Glow at your own risk ! Apathetic staff stand around while 16 year olds spike dodgeballs into the faces of little children and exclaim "yay ! I Got em!!". My grandson was knocked to the ground ! He's 7 ! These teens seem to feel victorious when they hurt others ! Don't subject your kids to this treatment on so called " family night" ! The tickets were $35 each and his face is red and eyelids swollen today ! There has to be a better way to spend over $100 ! Avoid Sky Zone ! read more

We do love Sky Zone and it's super fun jumping! The staff could be a little friendlier. It's not that they're unfriendly, they're just shy and not super engaging with the kiddos. I'm dinging two stars because it's so expensive relative to other Sky Zones around the country. I was recently in Southern California where toddler time lasted everyday from 10am to 2pm and it's $5. It's $17 at this Sky Zone!! read more

Its a verry friends place, not a variaty of food but over all good place to hang with the kids.

This location is poorly run. They enforce rules for one section but ignore others. Kids all stay way past their end time and staff says nothing to remove them so the place is over capacity. Management would not come out from hiding in their office when we questioned the front desk. The desk identified them as the assistant general manager. read more

This place was really fun, but someone from my group got in trouble while playing dodgeball. There are many things to do there including dodgeball, sky ladder, and a lot more. The place may look small from the outside but it's pretty big on the inside. read more

Not very happy. We bought tickets online and were told we couldn't reserve spots so we called ahead to ask if they had available spaces. The employee on the phone told us they had around 40 open spots. We got there a half hour later, and they said that they were full and we would have to wait another hour. We had other reservations and this was our only chance to go, not to mention we had already paid for tickets. The employees were very sympathetic but the policy was frustrating, in the end a manager gave us refunds after a lot of hassle. If you do decide to go, I would recommend buying tickets once you get to the place so you can plan your schedule accordingly. (The place is also very expensive). read more

We went for my nephews birthday party the kids had fun the got to jump for an hour. They had a person serving us pizza drinks and ice cream cake. The music they played over the loudspeaker was nice. It was a little warm in there all the was doing was staying a around watching the kids jump. It was a really nice place to have a birthday party we didn't have to do much of anything other then show up and have fun. I'll be planning a date with my husband there sometime soon. Lol read more

Hosted my son's birthday party here. The party staff were the best I've ever had anywhere else. And all the kids had a blast!

What a terrible experience me and my family large group 16 people total took time to buy tickets online drive 45 minutes to sky zone to find out that they close early at 7 PM and 8 PM as the website stated the day became a terrible bust ended up paying for two hours of jump time but we could only attend the hour I will never return here... read more

Fun place for children over 6 years old., but my 4 year old was only allowed in the toddler area and foam pit. He has to be 6 years old to jump in the larger trampoline area and play dodgeball. May I suggest grouping kids based off height rather than age. My 4 year old was the same height as some of the 6 year olds jumping in the larger area. I received dirty looks from other parents while my 4 year old jumped in the "toddler" area, which I completely understand as there were babies younger than 2 in there. I paid for a membership at the same price as my daughter's membership and he can't even enjoy it. The toddler area is tiny and not appealing to most 4/5 year olds. read more

This was such a disappointment. We (my one and a half year old and I) went in attendance for a birthday party. They had included my daughter in the party costs and when I got there I was told I would have to pay in order to jump with her. No big deal, spend the $21 to jump for an hour and the socks. Start jumping and we are having a great time, at least 3 different staff members watched us bounce around together for 45 mins. During our last 15 mins one staff member comes over and tells me that I'm not allowed to bounce anywhere except the toddler area, which is secluded in a corner away from anyone else who may want to sit and watch my daughter and I have a good time. So now we are bouncing around in there and the same staff member comes over and tells me I'm not allowed to hold her while we bounce... she's 1 and a half!!! She can't bounce herself or anything! I grab our stuff and leave the bounce area. It was ridiculous. I've been to an Altitude trampoline park in Rochester, NY and we had a blast. I will not be returning or recommending to parents with toddlers. read more
