We were staying overnight in the area and stopped in here for our 8 year old to have some fun. We…read morewere literally the only patrons in the entire place except for one other family. The go karts were our main reason for coming but they don't allow you to purchase just the go karts, you have to buy a whole package that includes the other parts of the indoor park. I had urban air gift cards and due to the high cost of the packages I wanted to use the gift cards as payment. Unfortunately their system for this type of payment was down and we had to wait quite a long time. We then realized the go karts were also down so we were about to leave, but played some air hockey in the "arcade" (really just a couple of games and some claw machines). The payment system and go karts both came back to life and we paid and got wristbands. My husband and son both did the go karts. They aren't super fast, but decent speed for little kids. They also seemed to have some technical difficulties and were stop/go for a while. Many of the other attractions like ropes course and belaying area were closed. It wasn't the best atmosphere or experience and we wouldn't come back here or recommend it to others.

Poor Experience at Urban Air Before entering, they make you…read moresign a waiver, which is fine. Once inside, it's complete chaos. The staff, who are supposed to be monitoring the attractions, mostly stand around, ignore unsafe behavior, and let a free-for-all happen. It felt disorganized and unsafe, especially for younger kids. Definitely not worth the risk or the price.

The price was $25/mo and seems reasonable. Not as big as some of the other locations though. Also seems to be a little more crowded on a Saturday for presidents weekend.

We visited as guests for a birthday party. The facility is spacious with lots of fun activities,…read moreand the kids had a great time overall. However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

Of course it was my fault for not paying attention to all the terms and agreements they make you sign and got signed up for $100 a month membership that I didn't ask for!! when I noticed it on my credit card statement five months later.. also my fault for not paying better attention. I guess I just thought I was shopping in the area because it comes up DEFY vestal, not sky zone. I assumed I bought something I forgot about. Finally I googled it and it comes up that it's really sky zone and they refused to reimburse me and I live over an hour away. Little hard to use a monthly membership for something you don't live nearb!! I never asked for a membership and they did not care!!

The "6 and under" section is just a small area with small trampolines where the older kids can still run through. The capacity limits seem stretched - it was just very crowded and you couldn't really enjoy / savor an activity before another kid was either waiting or shoving through. Not really worth $20 - I can see how it may be more worthwhile if you had a membership, though. There's a dodgeball area, tug of war, jousting, run up/pit, trampoline area, the toddler area, some arena that wasn't being used and hanging ropes. May be better suited for older children, or just less children - definitely chaotic when we went. Could be better experience when more empty. You also need to purchase their grippy socks ($3/pair +tax). they're on the tighter side and really stick onto parts of the sidetracks (to the point the socks stay while your foot moves - not good for those with poor balance). Saving grace (extra star): all the people at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The arcade area had air hockey, racecar driving, motorcycle riding, jurassic park, a punching bag, and several claw machines. If I recall, each game was $1.50-$2/swipe for credit card. You can purchase an arcade card as well (may be cheaper). We played two rounds of Jurassic Park - sadly you pay by scene not life I was excited to see my budding video gamer kid have fun, though. They sell food and drinks - I didn't partake as we left at noon (90 minute jump) - there are tables as well for you to eat at. Bring a bag! They have lockers for $3.50 for 1 hour +$1/30 minutes, as well as cubbies that were completely full by 10:30. We went for the lockers to keep our stuff (shoes and jackets).

But my kids were particularly crazy for glow night. I would never have thought to bring my kids there on a Friday night, as they are only 6 and 8, but they LOVED it! I was surprised that my daughter (severe, non-verbal ASD and likes very few things!) Loved the climbing wall. She never showed interest before, but maybe special lighting and glow stuff made it more of a sensory experience for her?? IDK. But thrilled with this place nonetheless! Thanks Emily! (Maybe we can start up some sensory events for special kiddos here?) (The pic is of my son, but you get it...)

They offer birthday party packages and catering for events and they do take credit card. Each area is monitored by staff and disinfected. Parking is a bit weird as the driveway and parking is shared by another company. Pricing is decent and starts at hourly or you can purchase hour and half sessions. For older children they do a night jump with black light jewelry etc.
