The kids always have a blast here! Loads to do and the food prices aren't awful considering. There is an arcade section you'd pay more to use, tons of slides, bday party rooms, a toddler section, a pretend play section, trampolines, then the climbing sections. There are loads of benches and even massage chairs for adults to use while the kids go wild. Only one downside (It was the end of the day so keep that in mind) there was garbage on the floor all over in the pretend play section like dirty napkins etc. The water fountain by the locker splashes so the floor is wet by that. The lockers are $6 for the fist hour for a large one and then $1.50 per every half hour exceeding that first hour. They do have free cubbies on the floor also. Check in took a minute do the wavers online while in line or before even getting there to save time and don't forget your Billy bee socks!!! read more

Came her for my granddaughter's birthday There's a mini beez, for the small kids. My granddaughter is only one there teens in this area and the employees do not tend to the area to keep them out. It says in the rules 42" or less. The mini village is closed which was upsetting for my self and my kids who were excited to see it, we frequent another Billy Bees location and I can confidently say the customer service here is abysmal. The young man checking us in was very snotty about our waiver not applying to this location (I did not know that) grabbed my phone out of my hand to scan something without asking me and was scrolling on TIKTOK while I filled out the waiver as he proceeded to checked us out. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Last month I brought my son to the Crossgates Mall location in Albany, NY and immediately the staff was not attentive and got upset when I called for someone so I could pay admission. My son then got stung by a wasp and the same employee told me there were no ice packs and was extremely rude. It was his first sting, had he been allergic there was no concern whatsoever. My friend had to kill the wasp herself with no help from the venue. When I called Billy Beez customer service all I got was "they were looking into the wasp situation" and they hoped this hadn't scared my son from coming in the future. There was no offer to remedy the situation (maybe offer a gift card or reprimand the employee who treated us so horribly) just an empty "sorry". I attended a birthday party for my son's friend on Monday figuring I would give them another chance. All the employees were extremely miserable. They do not even have enough staff to run a concession. They did not provide enough water for the kids and were extremely rude to the mother who paid over $500 for the party. The room was extremely hot with no air circulating. Everything was sticky. This is what they claimed was going "Above and Beyond" A child got a burn from the slide (I completely understand we signed a waiver) however they acted like it was completely inconvenient to get her ice to put on the burn. When I brought my son last month the location did not even have a first aid kit. We were pushed out at 6 when the location closes at 6:30 pm. Don't be fooled when they tell you to reach out to customer service you will get absolutely nothing out of it. read more

Paid for my daughters expensive bday party here. It was the worse party experience I ever had. Not only there was no accomodations for guest that could not make to the party, as in a refund, extra pizza or even a return to venue for the future gift card, but the employees were miserable which should be a complete No No when you are working with children, but also during the party no one check in with us in our party room. It was unbearably hot in it and the pizza was undercook. Honestly for the price I paid to have my daughter party there, I would not recommend anyone making the same mistake. We had a birthday party this past weekend and the experience was pretty bad. First of all we were put on the balcony instead of one of the party rooms and there was no check-in with us about whether that was okay. The balcony was pretty dark just not a good environment for parties. Secondly I had more adult guests than expected so I asked if I could pay towards the end for the extra people. I just wanted the check in to be smooth and not choppy and awkward. They told me no, I couldn't chat with people at my own party and had to go back and forth to pay for every single extra adult guest. It was awkward for both me and my guests. People arrived within the timespan of an hour so it was really miserable. There was also confusion about when the pizza and drinks will be served. We were told two different times. When I asked this person to help me with drinks, she basically asked me to go get it myself, instead of directing me to the right person who I think should probably be the "party host". She eventually grabbed drinks for me after long awkward back and forth. The kids had fun, pizza tasted good but the whole process was really confusing and unnecessarily miserable. When you pay about almost $700 for a party you'd expect the customer service to be at least decent. I was really disappointed. It was really hard to ask for anything and people were not very welcoming. Party host was the only person with a smile. I took my 5&7 year old here last week right when it opened at 10. Not even an hour later, a camp of no less than 150 kids came all at once. Aged 8-13 I'd say. They sprinted into the play area like a stampede of bulls. No regard for little kids around. Running up slides, pushing each other. The camp counselors were no older than 18, playing tag with each other. Running around like little kids themselves. There were no eyes on the camp kids and the ruckus they were causing. I saw multiple families complain to management about how the kids were breaking a lot of the establishment rules. To which one staff member came and "checked things out" and walked back to the desk with no remedy to the situation. I asked management for a refund stating we were there not even an hour and now the establishment was not a safe place for young children to play. My kids said they didn't want to play anymore because it was "too crazy". Mind you we came for my son's birthday. It was a mad house. Management was very off putting. Stated coldly that refunds were not something they did. The least they could do was give a warning to the families that arrived before the camp that a large group was coming, to let us decide if we would be okay with that. There were at least 4 other families that left after the camp came. $60 down the drain. read more

Great place for kids to explore and burn energy. Unfortunately, they do not do well with keeping the place clean. There were empty drink cups throughout the tunnels, along with food, sticky drinks that had spilled and overall just grime. It honestly appeared to never have been cleaned once in weeks. If you're going to operate a facility designated for children, you have to prioritize sanitation. Our options our limited in NY. Winters are long. It would be nice to be able to visit this place frequently. But I have to say we wont be back any time soon due to the poor conditions. read more

Firstly, finding the place: the location is blacked out in the listing on the mall map. But it does show it on the actual map: head toward Best Buy and go up the escalators to the 3rd floor and it's there. I took my 2 boys here, 5 and 9. They have a card you fill up with money for various things. Price was a bit steep($20 each) and they do charge for the parent($7) which most places like this don't. Adults are allowed on everything though. I thought the trampolines were included in the entry price but they aren't, it's an extra $2.50/kid for 5 minutes jumping. They did enjoy it though, I still think it should be included in the price. So, really cool array of steep drop slides, tunnel slides, with high climbing play scapes leading to them. Everything is secured with netting but younger kids might be scared by the heights, I did have to retrieve my 5 year old once. Some of the steeper slides are more appropriate for adults and older kids. The ball cannons are fun, better to be behind one than down as a target in the pit. I will say it's easy to lose your kids here, make sure you know which color slide they are going down unless you're going to follow them everywhere. I did like that Parents and kids get matching bracelets and exit is controlled by a manned gate. There is also an arcade, but you can't spend quarters or even tokens there. You have to get credit on your Billy Beez card. The machine I was directed to to add credit to my card had no credit card reader, so I was glad I brought cash. The arcade games are not a value: you pay $1 and play for about 30 seconds. You do earn virtual tickets on your card and can trade them in for some cheap prizes. If you want to save money, just skip this altogether. We did get snacks at the snack bar, pricing was about what you'd expect. Service there was not with a smile, but the entrance people were fine. Overall, my boys had a blast and I know we'll be back. Not a cheap indoor activity, but they ran around rather than staring at a screen, so, that's a plus. And we spent nearly 4 hours here and they were still reluctant to leave. read more

We had never been here before because Billy Beez is expensive, in my opinion. My 8 and 10 year old were $20 each and I was $6.95. Fortunately we had a gift card to soften the $50+ price tag. You pay for the day, not by the hour. The good: Billy Beez has a lot to do and everything was clean and seemed safe. I thought my 10 year old would be bored but she wanted to join in with her little sister and sisters friend. My kids played on endless slides and tunnels, chasing, hiding, and just having fun. There is also an arcade, cafe, toddler area, and a play zone made up of things like mini pretend stores. There are benches and cubbies for sitting and storing your stuff. When you leave, an attendant checks your bracelets to make sure it matches the kids, so it seems like a good system. This was ok. My 18 month old had a nice time here but as others stated it's a bit expensive. Why charge for parents? My biggest issue was that the little kid area had several bigger kids over 42 inches playing in there. Their mom didn't speak English and they weren't wearing the correct socks. They played rough and didn't follow the rules (throwing things, pushing, running), which created a bit of a dangerous situation for the actual little kids. There weren't any workers to be seen. My 2 nieces live in Boston, but now come to Albany regularly because we all love Billy Beez so much. They're almost 3 and almost 6 - and both love different slides. The older one likes the "scary" slides and the younger loves the rainbow slides. As we walk in - they rush to their favorite areas and they're off! And hard to keep up with. We all have so much fun trading off kiddos to go down different slides. As the adult in the clan, the bigger slides can really drop your stomach in a good way. If you are an adult - pro-tip here - go down the slide with your arms crossed on your chest and your head down. Long sleeves are a good idea as well. Socks with some grip are also a good idea too. They're not necessary as much for the slides and play areas, but going between the slides the floor can feel a little slippery. We go first thing when Billy Beez opens and don't have a problem with lines or crowds. We stay for around 2 hours and the time truly flies for all of us. The kids are so exhausted after every trip here and talk about Billy Beez any time I call. Really a gem of a place to have in this region, there's nothing close to fun like this in Boston! read more

I do recommend this place. It is a ton of fun for the kiddos and can be fun for parents if they want to use the slide. I recommend wearing pants or capris so that the slides don't pull on your skin. Know that you need to sign a waiver before going in and it takes awhile to do on your phone so doing it ahead will help. You also have to pay for Billy Bees socks for $3.11 and can't use your own. I actually like their socks because of the rough spots on the bottom. They help grip slippery spots so the kiddos don't fall. You can bring them next time you go too with no fee. I didn't care for the price you have to pay for parents watching their kids if they don't go on anything. I think a charge should only be for parents who go on the play area. Adults need the Billy bees socks as well. I enjoyed myself as an adult on the slides and the kids absolutely loved it so I do recommend going. The only reason i would recommend this place is because there's so much for kids 1-12 years of age too do and have fun. With that being said, i had my daughters 3rd birthday party (last year 2022) and her 4th birthday party (this year 2023, by her request) and didn't have the greatest experience either times ( as a paying customer). Although the kids did have a blast and the staff was very attentive and helpful, i think there needs to be a better cleaning/communication system. Theres supposed to be a family bathroom upstairs where the party rooms are located and i went into the bathroom and immediately smelled a terrible stench then looked into the toilet and saw a bunch of toilet paper & nasty gunk in the toilet. No sign on the door or anything. The womans bathroom downstairs was FILTHY. Along with the uncleanliness, there was absolutely no toilet paper in any of the stalls nor paper towels. I made sure to tell somebody but i feel like theirs not enough staff to do everything. Our food came out late, as it also did last year & the Billy beez host for our party told us to stay as long as we needed in the party room, which i wasn't going to take advantage of because the food being late & interrupting our party time, was not their fault but as i was cleaning up two employees just stood there waiting to sweep and clean the party room which was fine but it was only 20 minutes past our party room time. I think the owner of this franchise location needs to focus on their business & pay their employees more because i'm sure they're getting horrible pay to run a company that makes millions. This place was obviously a dream come through for my 5 year old who loves bouncy houses. I was shocked by the outrageous prices. I believe it was $19.95 for my 5 year old (4 year olds are child rate) and then...the kicker was they adults are almost $7.00!!! I was BLOWN away that I had to pay to simply watch my child. My sister and I opted to separate and meet back up after she shopped as it seemed ridiculous for us to both waste money. Oh...and if your child wants to bounce on the mini-trampolines...that will be more money...and no chance on taking turns watching a child...they make sure rot try and squeeze as many adult admissions as possible out of one family. Brought my twin boys who are 9 for the first time (5/5/18) They had a lot of fun! BUT we were not impressed with the food. For 20 bucks we got 2 chicken tender combo meals. I can feed my whole family at McDonald's for a little over that! The service is VERY CRAPPY AND RUDE! When you go to cafe you act like you are bothering them. The all justnstand around and chat with each other and stand in back on cell phones. Everything is over priced. Literally there's a line at the cafe and off to the side there are 4 employees ina circle chatting. (Not work related). I can take my kids to th fun spot in Queensbury which is only 10 minutes from home. I drove all the way to Albany for this. We will not be coming back. Absolutley amazing experience for my 2 year old and my wife and myself. I dont typically leave reviews unless that business really wowed me and surpassed my expectations. That happened here big time. We played for like 5 hours without running out of stuff to do. Very clean, polite staff, tons of fun places to play in. About 20 slides The slides are super fun for adults too!! My daughter recently turned 4 years old, we've been coming here since she was 11 months. Covid or no Covid it's ridiculous that we consistently wait in line for 40+ minutes. Everybody fills out the waiver online so what's the problem? I purchase a 10 pack, we're in the system, why the incredible wait? Run my card, give us matching wristbands and move on!!! Get my personal for the front desk, come on! This time around we were in a time crunch & arrived by 11:30am and will have to leave at 1:30pm. As compared to tree pad up in Malta, I loved Billy Beez. My husband and I just took my 3.5 year old here for the first time. She had a blast. The cost I feel is more than fair as at her age we should be following her up and going down the slides with her(which some yes are steep, but all around safe and fun). There was also a lot more physical activity with a variety of areas than what you get up at TreePad. I liked the security of my daughters wristband being checked on the way in and out. All and all very fun and on a cold day it was nice to have a place for her to go and run and climb!! Updating: While I enjoy the place thoroughly I just got my phone stolen literally out of my pocket. Which while I'm totally a fool for having left it in there I thought for an hour with literally my daughters and husbands stuff piled above it in the cubby I would be fine. But nope. I don't blame the place, but it does get me thinking that they don't have an option for even purchasing a locker which would be a darn great idea. My kids love this place and the slides are pretty cool. Clean and fun but as far as prices I think $6.95 for an adult who has an obvious disability and can obviously see I won't be doing anything but watching my children play is ridiculous. There was also a lady there watching her children play as she was holding her infant newborn and she said she also had to pay $6.95 just to sit. Not that it's not worth the money to watch my kids smile but it's the point of it them just making an extra few bucks where it's not needed. Like $20 admission wasn't enough to begin with you now have to purchase "Billy Beez socks" at $2.99. This is new in the last 3 months. We only come here once a year when my kids receive gift cards for Christmas. This will be the last time we ask for gift cards here! There were only two families in front of us when we arrived. Waited 25 minutes in line! There was one associate behind the desk on a holiday week when the kids are off of school. When we got to the front desk the associate (Stephanie F. on receipt) was extremely rude when I questioned why we had to purchase socks and have never had to do that before. When I asked if my son could wear his trampoline socks (essentially the same thing with grips on the bottom) she got even more rude! I spent an extra $20 on socks so that my kids could enter!!! I have five kids and did not anticipate the extra almost $20 charge. I had to pay admission of $7 just to watch my children!!! This was never an issue because I always played with my children; however since I refused to buy yet another pair of socks so that I could play with my children I paid admission to WATCH my children!!! After a grand total of $130 we received our wrist bands. While Stephanie handed us our change she began arguing with the associate behind the gate to "get over here and work the register. I'm tired and I want to clock out and go home." he stated he wanted to let us in first and she got rude and loud with him saying "There is no need for two of us up here, get over here now I'm leaving." This was extremely unprofessional and never should have happened in front of customers. On top of that she NEVER gave us our socks! I had to go back up front and ask for them! The concessions stand was empty despite the holiday crowd and for good reason. The food is just as expensive as the admission. I noticed another review stated that their child developed a rash after playing here. I will also add that the last time we visited we brought home hand, foot and mouth. I also can't believe they still charge for play on the trampolines with the trampoline park right next door.
