First time ever today-- went right when they opened and it was not that crowded. I took my 5-year-old, and jumped with him. It did get a little crazy at the end with a giant influx of people. It was expensive, though the 2 hours for the price of one on Tuesdays made it a bit more reasonable. My biggest complaint was the bathrooms (you use the pavilion restrooms) which were filthy. Get air definitely needs to have the building administrator address this ASAP. read more

Totally disappointed. Took my family there and there is no trampoline area to play with my 3 year old. I was told that the only area I can use with him was the carpet area(which is no trampoline btw) and foam pool(not a easy place to be with small kid). Not coming back. read more

Been here a few times and they have a small section for kids under 46". But there aren't any flat trampolines, just 2 skate board ramp shaped trampolines. Right next to that area they have a bunch of flat trampolines that can be used singly if it's not crowded. I took my 3 yr old to jump on the flat trampolines bcuz no one was on or around that area. The employee told me my daughter wasn't allowed in that area and she needed to move to this other area. The area he pointed to was packed with teenagers. I understand the height requirement is for safety. But to tell me to move her from a spot where she was alone to an area that was packed with teenaged boys who were 10x's her size is ridiculous. At some point common sense needs to be the main safety rule. Instead of saying "she can't jump here take her over there" say "as long as no one is close by her she can stay in this area, but if it becomes packed with ppl bigger then her she needs to move". read more

What a dive this place has become. I am a long time small business owner and focus to refine excellent customer experience. These owners don't appear to care or have pride in delivering quality service and product to fellow Alaskans. Definitely NOT a good place for children under 6. You cannot play or assist your toddler in the toddler area lol. Even if you have paid to play, you have to let your toddler fend for themselves. The toddler area has a "rock wall" that cannot be managed by a toddler due to the way it's constructed....and you can't enter to help! I was asked to exit for helping my child hold onto a rope swing. Equipment is old, ragged and unkept. Heating ducts are spewing dirt and air fans are covered with nasty debris. Carpets are torn and one of my kiddos got her ankle caught in unraveled carpet string. Jump pit foam is so aged and ratty the $3 socks are not washable and reusable because they are covered in bits of foam debris. I even spoke to the manager and was given broken record answers. Apparently, I'm not the only parent that expressed my experience concerns. So sad. Another Alaskan business soon to close. Definitely will NOT be back. read more

This was our first time to Get Air. We had high hopes as our son, almost 2, loves trampolines. We arrived, directed to sign the online Waiver and advised that our son could only jump in the toddler area and be in the large ball pit towards the back. Charges for two parents and toddler for 2 hours with socks was $71!!!. After a few minutes, we found out that parents are not allowed in the toddler section and he is not allowed in the big kid section. Staff did not make it clear, that as parents we would not be able to jump with our child. Our son became upset with us not being able to play with him and we decided to leave after 15 minutes. Staff is not allowed to issue refunds instead we got 1 hour jump passes even though we had paid for two. Would not recommend if you have a child under 46" or 5-6 years of age. Expensive for what you get. After reading reviews here and our own experience, customer service does not seem like a high priority. read more

Kids love it. But we looked online for times before we went and it said it was open at 10am when in reality it doesn't open till 12 on Mondays. It would be helpful if the times online actually reflected the correct times. read more

Horrible place for a birthday party. Filthy restrooms and NO changing stations which is ridiculous when they have a toddler area. Older kids running amok and knocking little kids over. Staff grumpy and rude. They put my sons wristband on so tight that his fingers started turning purple. Never going back. read more

There's nothing here a kid wouldn't love. However, as the paying adult, I was disappointed with my experience on two separate occasions. Our first experience was very confusing. There were a hundred signs regarding their exemption from liability, but absolutely none regarding pricing or procedure, and getting information from the staff was painfully difficult. We paid for two adult's to jump, but they didn't bother to tell us that our 4 year old would be limited to an area where we could not participate and vice versa. So we should have only paid for his ticket. They also did not tell us there was a two hour option that was more economical than the one hour price. On the second trip they finally had their prices posted, however the staff was even less cordial. We were having difficulty with the waiver and we approached someone to help, which turned out to be the manager, and she was completely rude. I also watched other staff appear bothered by customers with questions or waiting to pay. I understand this is an entry level job, but the staff might treat their customers better if the manager was an example of good customer service. Overall, any kid would love this, but don't expect friendly treatment. I certainly would not book a birthday party there! At this point they have no competition, so I'm sure we will return. However should they have a competitor arrive, such as Gravitopia, they will certainly loose my business. read more

Look, here's the thing, yes I have had a few occasions of bad service here, but to have a giant indoor trampoline park in winter is a GREAT thing. If you don't like crowds then go on a weekday, not a weekend, it's very crowded on the weekend. If 2 hours is too expensive ( $28) then go on Tuesday and get hours for the price of one ($18) and bring your socks back and it's $2 less. If the birthday party is expensive and food options restrictive, then just meet up here and bounce, then meet up for food and cake Anywhere else. You only have to do your waiver one time, and they could get sued for injury so I understand why they need it. Yes once their computer system was down and I waited in line over 30 min to get my kid into a birthday party, and yes it is a pain in the but to make sure every kid has a waiver, and yes they need more of a hangout spot for parents and better bathrooms and water fountains, but my boy is doing flips into foam pits and completing the ninja course and loving every minute. He feels more strong and confident in his body since coming here, and everyone in Anchorage could use a little more exercise and it's open to adults too. So give it a few shots for your kiddos, they will squeal with delight and happiness and get great exercise for their growing bodies, and that is worth a lot to me. It's not a perfect adult experience sometimes, but it is one of the best experiences my child has with his friends that he will remember and cherish for life. Yay trampoline parks in Alaska! Wish I had them when I was growing up here. read more

We visited this place today for the first time today. It was the worst hour I have ever experienced at a place that is supposed to be fun. My 5 year old is tall for his age and( after we had paid) we were told he could not go into the small kids place where his friend and sister were allowed to play. There is one place where they could all play together, but there was no divider between it and the rest and my 2 yr old kept jumping to the big kids area. Both of my children were upset today because they couldn't play with their friends or each other. Grouping by age range seems more appropriate. My 5 yr old is too tall to play with his friends, but somehow he was big enough to play where there were adults jumping. I will not be back to this place. It was awful. At one point, I let me son play in the "small air" section with his friend and his sister and one other kids. He was playing nicely and not being a hazard. The staff immediately came over and told him he couldn't play there. He was then in tears because he couldn't play with the people we came there with. Again Awful! Will NOT be back! read more
