This place is great. We were greeted right when we came into the door. Smells clean, looks clean and feels welcoming. I work with the unfortunate youth; mostly ones who struggle with behavior problems as well as hardship home environments. When I took my group of kids to try out this trampoline park, it was outstanding! Nicole made us all feel very welcomed, she helped us with the process of filling out waivers, made the process super easy and stress free. My group of kids were disappointed when it was time to leave, they all stated that this was the first place they have been in a long time, where they felt like they weren't treated differently, they felt like they belonged here and were welcomed. First of all, I came here with my granddaughter. All the couches were full nowhere to say I sat in one of the massage chairs waiting for a couch to open up. I was scolded and told to get up as the alarm started going off on the chair, they want you to pay to sit then my granddaughter wanted me to start jumping with her so I went to the car and I got my grippy socks... they are ALO top-of-the-line. Once again, I was scolded and told that they were unacceptable and that I needed to purchase their specific brand. This place is ridiculous. I really don't recommend.. When I asked about riding the motorcycles in the back, I needed assistance on how to purchase game tickets. I was basically told that that was not her area and the game guy was in charge of that. I couldn't even get a straight answer about how much it cost this place is absolutely ridiculous . They really don't want the parents to just sit here and watch their kids. We enjoy coming here for toddler time but man does this place look and feel run down. Based on reviews it has only been open for two years and it doesn't look like it's been cleaned since opening. The pads and trampoline mesh are worn, some falling apart and covered in scuffs and dirt. The foam in the foam pit is all faded and falling apart. Most of the foam squares have also been carved into and torn apart. My son lost a sock in there once and my husband was able to locate five different socks that were not his which makes you question how often is any of the equipment cleaned considering toddler time is right at opening. Is nothing done the night before to prepare for opening? The floors are also questionable with stains and sometimes there's trash left over on the couches. It's very clear no one does a thorough cleaning and walkthrough every night. Wish they would take more pride in the location. We are limited on things to do with small children in the Prescott area and this is an affordable fun place but we always leave feeling gross. read more

Very welcoming entry.. signed waiver for my Children and I, $50.00 for an 1hr play for 1 adult and 2 children. There was also only one person running the whole business. The amount of dirt and dust in this place was absolutely disgusting and somewhere our kids should NOT be jumping, crawling, and running around. The foam pits were the worst, one jump in fun and you come out sneezing non stop. Finding somewhere to sit safely was impossible all furniture was either broken or completely sunk in. The foam squares have carving in them, time for new ones. When leaving we noticed how much grime accumulated on the bottom of our socks. read more

All the kids had a great time. They have a little kid area that is off to the side but the little kids want to play with the big kids. I never once saw a little kid in there. Just like at a public park, parents are the ones watching the kids. There's just enough staff to check people in. read more

Wow this is a nice smaller size Get Air trampoline park! It has that NEW smell! Lol Great customer service, the lady at the front counter informed me for future reference that Sundays:8:00-10:00 am is toddler only time, since there was absolutely no one yet she was nice enough to let my son jump before 10 AM. Also, I was kind of bummed because I called the number on the website and it goes to a call center, I asked him if my son could use the BIG AIR orange socks w/grips and he told me no it has to say GET AIR. So when I mentioned that to the lady at the front table she told me no you can absolutely use those socks from other trampoline parks so long as they have the grips. I ended up buying a pair of their socks but that's okay. Just a tip to help any other parents who may want to save a few bucks from purchasing socks they may already have. My daughter (5yo) has been a few times and she loves it.. for the most part the kids have all been good about not jumping on eachother or running over the smaller kids.. so big thanks to other parents to staying vigilant and/or having good kids lol.
