I have been going to the bowling alley in Prescott Valley for over 20. I took my wife, daughter and grandkids every Weekend for years. spent thousands of dollars . 15 bowling ball's, lots of shoes and bags. Multiple thousands of dollars. Went in with my family and the manager was having a bad day, and treated my entire family terrible, very rude and disrespectful to everyone. I will never set foot in that bowling alley again neither will any of my family. If the owner keeps this manager, he will destroy his business. read more

--Atmosphere, Service, & Parking-- It's a fairly large place featuring an arcade area, pool area, a snack and bar counter area, betting area, karaoke, and of course about 30 lanes or so. By no means is the place fancy, cool, or hip, but if you don't care about that and are a true bowler none of that should matter. You'll have fun regardless! Each lane is fitted with about four or so individual seats, so that could be an issue if you have a large party(get two lanes). Service was good and straight forward. My party did have an issue with a food item that was ordered, but they were eager to fix the item. There's a lot of parking available so there should be no issues. --Prices-- Prices are comparable to other areas with each game being about $4 pp(per person) and $3 for shoe rentals. If you're in the armed forces, a family member of one or a senior citizen there is a slight discount. Other situations provide a discount too. read more

We went on Saturday that was Rock Bowling. People that work there was very rude! Didn't really explain to use lane is $5.00 per person and $4.00 rent shoes. Outrageous! for lane and shoes. They get more costumes they need change there price for bowling and shoes. We only Bowl one game because of they prices. The bowling is fine but you don't pay until the end of everything. The main issue is the arcade area, the machine to get arcade cards took our money and they refused to help us. The arcade area is apparently owned by someone else. Just don't bother if you have cash because the bowling employees are extremely unhelpful with everything regarding the arcade area. read more

Upon arriving the young kid at the counter had trouble counting how many of us there were when I told him. DO NOT COME HERE! I came at 8:30pm on 2/1/19. We requested any lane available to bowl at and one of the workers said, "Sorry all the lanes are completely booked until 9:30. Come back and I guarantee you a lane." We asked if we had to be on some waiting list, and he said "No, there's no list." He was very kind, I have no bad things to say about this particular employee other than there seems to be a lack of communication with the workers. We came back up yet again and requested a lane. A lady worker with reddish/orange hair was very rude and said "until the league is over, you can't play. You should've signed up on the waiting list if you wanted to ensure a spot." (Keep in mind the league game was over and every lane was clear.) She was very rude and her tone of voice made my fiancé and I, very uncomfortable. We were placed 7th on a waiting list. Yet, people who had just pulled up and walked in, got a lane before we did. In the midst of us waiting, we sat at a bench nearest to the designated food prepping station. This is what truly appalled me. A lady worker with green hair was not wearing a hair net, neither were the other works. Brushed it off until I saw what she was doing. She was putting, unclean, gloveless hands in their bag of frozen chicken. She then wiped her hands onto her pants, and touched other food with her now, contaminated hands. She then brushed her hands through her hair, touched her face, touched her glasses, and handled money. To then return to cooking food with gloveless hands. Never once did I see her wash her hands or put gloves on. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. DO NOT EAT HERE. I'm in the food industry, have been for many years. And she broke just about every single rule you could possibly break. When I spoke to the manager, she offered free game passes or free food, in which i kindly declined. She was a very attentive and kind manager (dark hair lady). Although she seemed as if she were a good manager, she did not remove the green haired girl from the floor. She continued to let her work with the same health code violations. I came to Prescott today visiting my mom for my birthday. Will never be back here. read more

My boyfriend and I were having a great time playing arcade games after our 2 bowling games. We had just put in extra tokens so we could keep playing without having to stop to put more in, when all of the sudden the employee cut power to our game with no warning walked right past us and stared, even though they were supposed to stay open for another half hour. I came to visit family from out of state, from California. Now most places require you to wear a mask during COVID even in California everywhere you go you must wear mask to stores, restaurants etc. first thing when I walked in here was nobody was wearing a mask at all. Even the employees had no mask on. I went to the counter to get a lane and there was a rude guy with black hair messing with the cashier drawers, counting money and giving us evil looks. Then slams the cashier drawer and wants to know what we want. Really??? How rude is that? Well I even put in an order for some food, and asked for waters and he forgot all the waters, and the zucchini I bought were burnt black, with leftover fries in the basket also burnt in with my zucchini. This guy clearly doesn't have customer service skills. This was at night before they closed. My family was scared to go back up there to get anything else because of his attitude. He looked stressed out and just plain hated life attitude. Why does he work here then? Very disappointed in the customer service here and the food. I told my sister I would like to come back again when I visit, but I don't think that mite happen. This place needs better service and making sure customers are wearing a mask when they come in. Being (I believe) the only bowling alley in the Tri-City area, this is the one everyone would go to for a hangout. I've been to more birthday parties, Saturday night hangouts, "I'm bored, what can we do's", fundraising game-days, and casual get togethers than I can even count here. The prices are pretty cheap. They've got lots of lanes, a few arcade games, a couple pool tables, a bar for the parents, and the little food court isn't bad either. The people who work here are super nice, and if they're about to close, they're usually more than happy to hang out and wait while you play "just one more game!!!!" This was our go-to spot whenever we wanted to hang out, from elementary school all the way to our summers home from college. It's got a little bit for everyone, and there's plenty of space so you're not sitting on the people at the lane next to you. It looks a little grungy, but I'm sure it's actually quite a bit cleaner than it looks. Must just be really old, like every other building in Prescott. Check it out. We recently visited for my sons birthday with ourselves and a few of his friends. The employee was rude from the start and proceeded to target our group on several occasions during our visit. As soon as we approached the counter and asked for 2 lanes with bumpers, he said our kids were too old was giving us a hard time about being allowed bumpers, He made it a point to comment about our kids stepping over the line (what kid doesn't, they are kids) however the family bowling next to us with there kids was never approached for the same issue happening at their lane. We have been to this place a few times and never felt so targeted and harassed as we did this day, which is unfortunate. We were there with my son's friends and celebrate. And this employee ruined the occasion. I even asked him what was his problem and asked him why he felt the need to treat us that way and he had no answer. Terrible service. read more

Brought several employees here for an appreciation event. Was given the third degree for using a light 9# ball. Mind you I understand that happening if I were launching the ball down the lane at 30mph, but that wasn't the case. I was recovering from an injury to my right arm so it was not being thrown any faster than a heavier ball would be thrown sans the injury. When I attempted to explain the situation he walked on without listening then later brought a broken ball to show me why adults cannot use the lighter balls. I understand policies, but I also understand that the human element should supersede them when necessary. Good place to go bowling. Always fun there. The bar area is quite nice too. But it's better when the horse racing is over with (mostly the evenings). The gambling seems to be everyday in the afternoons. Drinks are a reasonable price. The bartenders are nice, but won't talk to you much though. So you never get a chance to know them well. These people are shady. We ran into a situation where we paid for more games than we actually paid. The worst part about our experience was the kid with the glasses working behind he counter. He was completely unprofessional and snippy. On his opening explanation his voice turned condescending and eventually aggressive. Quote from the kid "apparently you are hard of hearing because I just explained it twice" with a very smug attitude. The worst part of the experience wasn't necessarily the fact that we believe we paid more than we should have; it is the way the people worked there handled the situation. Took my kids bowling for the first time and we had a great experience. We went on a Monday so there were some leagues playing when we first arrived but we were still able to get a lane and play. Shortly after the leagues left it was just my family and a couple other people. We played 2 games which was just enough fun before the kids started to get antsy. Staff was friendly and helpful. I went there with my friends on Saturday about 9pm they had the flashy lights going and it looked really cool! The bartender, a gentlemen with a beard, was really funny. All the ladies were very helpful, we had some issues with the scores on our lane and even though they were really busy a lady with darkish hair came down helped fix it and took the time to explain what was going on. The employees are the best I've ever run into they are the most friendliest people I have met. Especially, this one lady with red hair helped me when my ball when it got stuck in the lane.
