Great place for kids of all ages. They meet new kids they play together get exercise and overall a wonderful place to bring your kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly. This place is great for about 1-2 hours. It is clean and the bathrooms are taken care of. They do have staff but, not continuously watching the kids. If you have little ones under 4-5 I would not sit down unless you know exactly where they are. The crowd tends to bring older kids! Will be back when we are in Yuma. Also, they need to add more blocks in the spaces. A ton were missing when we were there (that can be a bad safety hazard if the kids fall with no cushion below. read more

Just had a birthday here for my kid. The park needs serious cleaning. There's not enough staff working to maintain it. Most of the pit areas hardly have any cushion blocks anymore and a majority of them had bite marks or were ripped. As I looked around I saw some areas held together with tape. The entrance is so cramped you have to wait outside just to wait. The area where you put your shoes away smells so bad that you can't even use the benches provided. The jumping area is pretty much anarchy as everyone is doing anything they want with little oversight my kid was trampled by older kids; if I hadn't been there to police my kids area guaranteed injuries. When you book a party you're told you'll be provided with a host to assist you. So this is exactly What you'll be provided- they will order papa John's pizza and give you two liter of sodas. You must provide all your decor. The "host" will ask you when you want the pizza ordered and you'll never see them again. That's it. The party area is open to EVERYONE so the entire time we had other peoples Children eating our cupcakes pizza and soda. As their just children we allowed it however it came at a cost to members of our party who had to go without. Oh yeah your party area is also by the bathrooms so Enjoy the entire park cutting through your tables to use the bathroom. Avoid the headache that is this place entirely. It's gross, chaotic, and needs an entire overhaul. read more

Like the recent reviews all stated, this place needs a thorough cleaning. Every time I come, it looks dirtier and dirtier. The trampolines need a good deep cleaning. The regular floors look like they haven't been swept or mopped. I've found trash in the play mats. The safety padding is coming undone in certain sections. It's a shame because there isn't much else to do indoors with kids around town. read more

We visited Get Air recently for the first time and really enjoyed it! My son is still very little so I'm glad we knew about the specified toddler time (right now it's Tu/Th from 10 to noon). I can't imagine him trying to play there when there are much bigger kids jumping or running around. I will say that I feel the price is a little on the expensive side, but if you are willing to pay up front then a season pass could be a way to cut down on overall cost for visits. I've read some reviews about how the facility didn't seem clean, and I disagree wholeheartedly. I thought the entire gym seemed very nicely cared for. We visited in the morning so I'm not sure how often it's maintained throughout each day, but they clearly cleaned well overnight. It wasn't very crowded and the bathrooms were tidy. I am thankful to know about this trampoline park and plan on letting my son play here a lot, especially this summer when it's too hot to do much outside- this indoor recreation will be the perfect place for him to play! read more

I took my two toddler today (05/01/2024) and the place was extremely dirty. Trash pieces scattered through the trampoline and the trampoline and spring guards were very filthy. (We visited right at opening). There was no staff supervision. The gentleman working sat at the front counter on his phone and he was the only staff to be seen. Place is okay, never update anything. Sometimes empty, sometimes packed so much it's a safety hazard. Air gets hot and smelly due to no fans or ventilation. Don't expect all the cool things like other larger parks. Been coming for 3 years and nothing has changed. Mats seem dirty. Seems understaffed. On the upside, they keeps the dodge balls and blocks stocked and clean. Bathrooms are normally clean, price is reasonable. If you want your kids to burn energy fast then come here. Workers are normally very nice and always give you an extra 15-20 mins on top of paid time. I just think they need to catch up with the other parks and put more modern things in. And definitely turn the AC on more or put in fans. read more

Took my son here for toddler time while visiting grandma from out of town. First time to a place like this and he had a blast! He didn't want to leave and it was a great workout that put him right to sleep for nap time. We'll definitely be back anytime we're in town! read more

This place is sorely in need of a makeover and thorough cleaning. The mats are disgusting and much of the equipment is in need of repair. The leap pads have been broken for months.. duct tape is go to repair. Not worth the money. read more

We love going to toddler time on Tuesday's and Thursday's. You can't beat the price and being able to play with other little kids is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and nice. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the place looks like it's never been cleaned. The sidewalk out front is always covered in trash and the bits between the trampolines are filthy. It needs a good wipe down and the ceiling insulation put back up above the basketball hoop. read more

I was at get air with some buddies when these 5-6 7 year old kids starting hitting us with balls and foam blocks so we thought they were playing so we gently threw them back without hurting them and so the kids left and we thought nothing of it and we started laughing so when i was walking to the restroom i saw one of the kids crying to his mom so when i went back there was a worker talking to all of us because one of the moms told him he wasn't mad about he said it was all right he just wanted to make sure but them the "manager" started yelling at us to get out and they don't tolerate bullying when we were playing with the kids so we had to write our names down and we were telling the "manager" to check cameras and she said no so we got banned from get air for about a year. Shoutout to Victor Lopez and "F" the manager she was such a Karen and deserves hate. Wish i could give 0 stars honestly. read more

We had a birthday party here and I'll give it two stars because the kids had fun but...I only saw 3 people working there and the pizza was so gross and COLD. They must've brought over when they opened in the morning (our party was at 1). As soon as it got to the table I had a slice and it wasn't even warm at all. They only had two different kinds of drinks, when they're supposed to have 6 and water. They didn't hand socks out to all of our guests, which is supposed to come free with the party package. Plus, I had to find someone to get forks for the cake. This was our first time throwing a party here and for $300 I had higher expectations. We just took our two sons to get air. One is over 46" and one is under 46". We were immediately told our youngest couldn't jump in the areas he wanted to because he would get hurt. Then our oldest isn't allowed to play with our youngest because he's "too big" to play in the ONLY, miniature play area for younger kids. What's the point of signing a waiver and assuming the risk if we can't enjoy the place as a family. All I can say is, don't have kids if different sizes... actually... don't go if they are under 46". It's a let down and they will be upset instead of enjoying themselves. read more

I give this place a one big YIKES. Do not go... We have been to several trampoline parks. It's our favorite thing to do as a family on weekends. When we came here i was extremely disappointed. Not only is it expensive but it is so run down and downright disgusting! There was trash all over the place (i saw a plastic spoon, wrappers, dirt, lots of unknowns on the floor and trampolines). Things are broken and just clearly not kept up with at all. There was a birthday party going on and kids were running around jumping with plates of chocolate cake! You will see zero workers walking around making sure everyone is playing safe and following rules unlike other parks. It's one big free for all. I know for a fact they get away with this because there is nothing else to do with kids in the town. But we definitely should not be giving money to a business like this. I am no clean freak or germaphobe but this was next level nasty and we all left feeling like we needed to spray ourselves head to toe in sanitizer. read more

Came through this town and needed to kill an hour or two with kid in tow. Their benches where you can sit waiting for your kid had charge sockets which was an absolute life saver since I didn't bring my plus socket and only had a usb cord. Staff was really friendly. Wouldn't mind doing another pit stop here to cool off from the heat during our road trip. read more

The owners used to be on-site in the early days of this business being in town & it was a nicely run, safe & clean place, that was worth the pricey entrance fee, to take your kids for hours of fun. And, you could usually find a deal online, to help bring down that priciness. As of late, ALL of that has changed! I have not seen the owners there in any of my most recent visits & the place has gone downhill fast! On top of being filthy, parts of the park are in disrepair, the bathrooms are dirty & lack necessary paper products, at times. But my biggest concern is the staff (or lack thereof) & the safety of the children, especially the toddlers!! In my most recent visit there were only 2 employees there, and there were ZERO "Lifeguards" on duty ensuring the safety of all guests, but particularly the small children. About 40 minutes into our visit another employee showed up & stayed at the check in counter for about 30 mins chit chatting away with the other employees. Meanwhile, there are big kids playing in the designated toddler areas, and teenagers playing tag or just chasing each other through the entire park, not paying attention or caring who else was around them or in their way, including running across trampolines others were occupying, through some of the Parkour areas where others were playing, in & out of the toddler areas & almost running into parental bystanders! When there was a near run in with an 18 month old baby & after earlier incidences of near hits with parents & older kids, I'd had enough & went to the check in counter & asked why there were no Safety Guards on the floor. I was told that they were short staffed that day & that's why the third employee was called in. I told them what was going on & that maybe he should get started! They showed little to no concern & about 10 - 15 minutes later he came out into the play areas. It appeared that he was friends with some of those teenagers who were running wild through the park, and while they did stop running around, one of the girls was now following him around like a puppy dog, so he was distracted & visiting with her & some of the other teens here & there, for the remaining 30 minutes of our 2 hr trip there. He did little, if anything, to correct the problems or ensure the safety of anyone, but the teens did stop running through the park once he came onto the floor. It was difficult to find them on Groupon, for a while, but now you can find deals there again. However, their prices have gone up. Last time I checked at Sam's Club they no longer had their reduced price gift cards on display, but they usually have some deals on their own website. To sum it up what I used to consider a nicely run, clean & safe place for a decent value, I now find to be a poorly run, filthy & extremely UNSAFE (especially for toddlers) place, that is way overpriced! Any responsible parent should definitely think twice about dropping an older child off there, or taking a younger child there (when you are required to stay). It is an expensive, stressful experience, that puts children in harm's way. read more

So I saw this place and my 4.5 year old son and I went in. Staff is ok. Park is ok. But if you came to jump with your kid, dont waste money. Kids under 46 inches cant be on the main floor, which is the most fun. They're restricted to kid area. Adults cant play with kids in the kid area. So you just waste your money. Kid area is small, not enough places to jump. It should be for adults cuz kids can't do 3/4 of the obstacles there. Honestly, this is our first and last time wasting money here where I can't even play with my son. Not worth the money like I said. If we sign a waiver and pay $30 an hour to jump, I want access to the whole park. That's why we signed a waiver. Anyway, If you have an older kid and you pay for adult tickets, you'll have fun. If you have a little kid, pass this place up. Its not worth the money. Also, staff up front is nice but the ones working in the actual park are snooty and dont know what's going on. read more

It was a really good experience except for one of the staff members Taylor was really unhelpful and had negative attitude towards me while she was checking us in. This was my second and probably last experience at get air due to reasons listed below experienced on each separate occasion 1. The place is gross and dirty. I dont think they sweep or wipe anything down. You can clearly see hair, dust, dirt, crumbs, etc on every inch of the floor. We all know kids are germ factories it should be a concern and priority to staff to keep it clean and sanitized. 2. The staff needs more training. Upon check in today with my 2 year old nephew they gave us specific instructions as to where someone his size can be. My sister took him to said areas and was immediately confronted citing the "46 inch rule" and told that she cannot be in that area bc it was for kids. Hes 2....who knows a 2 year old that knows how to navigate a trampoline park play area on their own. So fine....my sister then takes him to another "initial staff approved area" and again....same issue but this time she was told he couldnt be there bc it was adults only. So you can imagine the frustration. Being told by 1 staff that it's ok then another it's not AND being put in a catch 22 as to how to utilize the park. I agree with every other review in saying the rules seem to be inconsistently enforced. In my opinion you either enforce 100% of the rules 100% of the time or throw the rules out the window. And to be honest...the business manager consistently replying to yelp reviews citing his easy-to-fall-back-on-safety-rule is annoying. CLEARLY YOUR PAYING CLIENTLE IS TRYING TO BRING ATTENTION TO A FLAW IN THE BUSINESS MODEL and they obviously are hitting a wall with it. 3. I absolutely agree that given the rules this should be an adult only park. Why are we signing waivers if were still being denied access to certain areas bc of "safety hazards" 4. The "approved area" for kids 2 years old/average height is more like a ninja warrior course. How is a 2 year old supposed to navigate that efficiently and safely without the help of a parent? 5. The staff is unhelpful at best. When we complained about issue #2 we were given the run around excuse generated non sense that ended up contradicting itself. Like I previously said, this was not our first time there and this particular issue did not present itself the first time 6. If you plan on having a party there think twice. The "party room" is actually just 2 or 3 picnic tables put together with a sign that says "party room 1" "party room 2" "party room 3" "party room 4" taped on the wall. 7. All snack machines are over priced and usually out of order The only good thing about this place was the bathrooms were decent. Business manager, please do not feel inclined to respond to this review. I've seen your canned responses and I am unimpressed. I suggest taking these issues to the owner and seeing if you all can reconstruct rules that make more sense and clean the place up. read more

I recently had the opportunity to visit "Get Air Yuma" for a 5 year old's birthday party. As this party was held in the evening (work schedules of parents), at about 7 pm all the lights went out thru out the facility with no knowledge of the party planners, with extreme low lighting over the play area and no lighting over the party area ruining the birthday party as the cake was getting served when the lights went out, no presents were opened because it was to dark to see anything. I understand that on Friday's and Saturday's the lights are turned out at 7pm for "party tim The older teenagers were running wild, areas were not safe because of the teenagers running, pushing and shoving (a little girl was pushed down by a teenager breaking her glasses). I never once saw any so called "safety referees" or staff within the facility other than the entrance area. Lights out in an atmosphere like this is opening up a place for possible molestation of children to take place. Would I take my young children to this place? No, never would I allow my child to be in a business such as this with the lights out! read more

I think a trampoline park is a great idea. The opening hours are convenient. There are plenty of promos throughout the week if pricing is a concern. However, the enforcement of the rules seemed inconsistent. I was there with three kids under 5. I was given instructions on where they were allowed to jump (for reference, we were there in the evening). I was told that they could jump in 'Little Air,' in the foam pits, and on the surf board. I was also informed that they couldn't jump in other areas of the park (except for Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10-12). However, patrons over 46" tall were allowed to jump in the areas with the smaller kids despite signage stating the height limitations. In summary, Get Air! Is a great idea to keep kids and adults active. However, the prices may be steep for some. The enforcement of the rules seems to be inconsistent. Toddler time is a great idea but kids who are in school during those times will miss out. read more

For being the only trampoline park in Yuma it's nice. They offer toddler time 2 days a week which is convenient if you're available Tuesday & Thursday mornings. My issue is coming to toddler time being told that the new policy is that 2 year olds and younger jump free then a week later going to open jump on a Saturday where I was told their policy is now 1 year olds and younger jump free. Annoying as that was it wasn't a huge deal however when you then tell me I have to keep a 2 year old off the main trampoline area due to another "policy" that is insane. Despite these new policies we jumped anyways and it was a complete disaster. How a company has a policy that allows all aged kids to jump everywhere but limits young kids to certain areas is crazy. So while jumping in the "dodgeball" area which is a toddler "safe jumping area" during open session why would you allow all other kids (older) into that area to throw balls and jump around, sounds like a hazard. Needless to say between the change in policies and ridiculous rules this place has I would rather spend the money on a trampoline for my yard where my kid can jump then spend $20 dollars or more to jump for an hour and be restricted on where my kid can go. read more

I took my nieces and nephews here and the staff was very nice. Lifeguard kept an eye and made sure the kids were being safe. One staff I noticed was cleaning and making everything was safe around, however if you have a kid with a medical issue and need to have water with you at all times. You would have to leave it in the front because there isn't any liquids allowed on the jumpers and where you walk. Other than that it was a good place for the kids to go to and let out energy. read more
