We were told there was no wait, so we decided to come in. Unfortunately, after arriving, we ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching several people arrive after us and get called back before my husband. I went up to the front desk to ask when I would be seen, and we were reassured that I was next. However, shortly after that, they called another patient instead. At that point, we felt like we were being completely overlooked. There was also a woman at the front desk who appeared to be a manager or supervisor (I don't know her exact position). She was spending a significant amount of time talking with another person instead of following up with the doctor or checking on the patients who had already been waiting. We eventually became so frustrated that we walked out without my husband ever being seen. I honestly chose this location because of the great reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that businesses can get busy and that waits can happen, but telling us there was no wait, making us wait over 30 minutes, repeatedly telling us we were next, and then continuing to call other people ahead of us is not acceptable customer service. Hopefully management addresses the way patients are being checked in and prioritized, because this experience felt extremely unprofessional and left a very bad first impression. I went to probably 16 chiropractors and doctors before and none of them could resolve my chronic back pain but after just 5 sessions here I could sleep straight through the night with ZERO pain in my back. I can deadlift 315 pounds and do 245 pound back squats. I can leg press 675 pounds for sets of 10 and I can run up a flight of stairs with no issue. All of this was possible because of Dr. Birds help. It's good to come back and get additional treatments so you do not relapse but he was the only person that got me back to normal.

When I reached out to resolve it, I was told I could receive the treatment at their new location, which is significantly farther away for me.
