I put the bartender on the spot as one does and asked questions to really get the best side for me... Cajun fries it is! The interesting part of the sandwich other than a middle aged woman grubbing down in Yuma? Damn, you are hard to please but I'm here to do my best... well besides the sammy there was avocado... and ... cheese... and imma need you to lock in... cuzzzzzz ... apples.... Just rando apple slices with the avocado! It was good though! The Cajun fries were great. They have a bunch of beers on tap, which they damn well better with the name "the pint house" so I had a couple beers. It was a nice time, and the staff were friendly without being overly so. I wish I would have got the young ladies name who was a waitress but she deserves extra credit because she was not stressed when it got close to closing time. I was stressed though. Because I like to be up and out well before closing time. I want them to be able to close out and go home. If you're in Yuma give them a try because the food was legit and they have many beers. You'd almost have to come in and TRY to have a bad time to leave without a smile.

One day, surprisingly, you hear rumblings about one of the owners being moderately homophobic. Noooo...that can't be true! They've always treated you kindly enough. Moving on... You spend $10 buying a tile to decorate that will get hung in the bathroom. Super gay, you paint the tile in the most rainbow fashion possible. Once you complete your tile & turn it in, the next time you come in, you're given your tile back with a note that's supposed to be from the owner, saying your tile has been ruined & they're "sorry". Amazingly...that note was written in handwriting that's not the owner but seems very similar to another bartender. If I'm wrong....please let me know. Do I get my money back? Do you ignore what happened? Do you ignore the amazingly strange occurrence re: perceived homophobic behavior? I tried to bring it up with the bartender on duty (& remedy the situation before coming to Facebook) and was told "NO WAY that could be true." This has gone from being one of my favorite places to something that brings me heartbreak At this point, it's 0/10 WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!! After walking up to the bar I ordering a beer and walked over to buy some food. After looking over the menu I decided on the smoked pulled pork nachos. I found a seat under a tented area, waited for my food, and enjoyed the live music. The place was busy. My nachos were ready in about 10 minutes and they were great. The place is dog friendly. The menu is simple, rolled tacos (taquitos) and sopes are the stars of the show, but you can also get a tostada (flat crispy taco) ot tacos dorados (fried folded tacos). Being a fat guy I had to sample and here's the beauty of the menu. They're all individual items. One flauta, a single rolled taco, a solo sope.. you get the idea. I opted for the self titled Panzon Platter. This consisted of two flautas (potato), two rolled tacos (beef) and two sopes (beef). I think I liked the flautas de papa the best. The flavor of the potato was really good as was the texture of the filling. The beef rolled tacos were good as well. Nothing life changing, but better than average. I didn't see that the sopes came with beef until I opened the to go container, They were good, but I'm a purist and I like them best with just beans, lettuce, tomato, and crema. The size was good, not huge, but not tiny, about the size of a raquetball as they should be. All offerings come with grated cabbage and something I'm not used to. They top with mayonesa instead of crema (mayo instead of sour cream) which isn't bad, but not what I'm used to. Maybe it's a Sonoran thing. I'm more accustomed to Baja style. Either way, good, just different. The salsa has a kick but doesn't overpower the food or make you feel like you've eaten lava. I did miss the dessert options so I didn't see the butter cake until it was too late. Next time! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll be going back for sure.
