Oh, where to start with Get Booked. Gio (cashier) is extremely knowledge about everything in the store. He's my go-to walking encyclopedia of brain power. While I was there, I observed Gio stocking and cleaning , so that's a great thing. The prices are a bit elevated, which is normal for a niche store. The variety of product is fantastic. Always a friendly smile and helpful customer service from the owners and staff of this little gem of a gay everything store. Gio is always so personal and attentive with customers and they do a pretty good job of keeping things clean and well stocked so it's always worth a trip to explore and discover new toys and fits and fun. Every time I step foot in a store like this, I am nostalgic for all the many times I've visited stores like this in multiple cities early in my gay adulthood. Get Booked was one of the first gay businesses, I frequented, as a young man. Raul was always informative, helpful, and made me feel welcome and accepted. Admittingly, I hadn't been, in nearly 15 years. I decided to go, and support the store, yesterday. The guy behind the counter was so effing rude. He literally couldn't wait to get rid of me, and huffed and puffed, from the moment I walked in. His bitchy attitude, is why I've stayed away from the gay community, in this town, for so long. Got a product in store here for my husband and we loved it but we don't live in Nevada and we hadn't been able to find it since. This male enhancement product worked wonders on our relationship so we wanted to find this exact one again. Long story short, I bought this online and received an email like 15 mins later that it had been shipped and with tracking. For someone anxiously awaiting a purchase, this is bomb customer service. I used to love this place, but the past couple times now that I've come to Get Booked, the front counter guy has been extremely rude. Tonight I came with a couple friends looking for underwear for an upcoming trip, didn't see what I wanted, and we left. We didn't go anywhere else. And on the way out I was told not to park in the customer parking, apparently because I didn't buy anything. Sorry, being rude to a potential customer is not a good way to run a successful business. Kicking off Mediocre Monday is Get Booked! Woooooooo! We were looking for the "Fruit Loop" which we thought was a gay bar and we ended up here. It was here we found out that the Fruit Loop is the area that this place and a couple of other gay establishments is in. Get Booked is a small store with LGBT stuff - from books to decor to novelty items to porn. Apparently the name Get Booked comes from an incident between the owner and the cops! We learned this from a really cool employee. We got to meet the store's weird, slightly rude owner who told us that The Buffalo next door was a cool bar. He said, "tell them blah blah blah sent you" and they will hook you up. So I went to The Buffalo and told the bartender that blah blah blah sent me and I got a free cocktail! read more

Well the first time I went into this place I was with my hubby, they have some pretty good items especially some nice jocks, but unfortunately the guy at the counter doesn't speak to customers we looked around a bit and left we were just looking around, well my husband is out of town on business so I went I. To get the jock he wanted was going to surprise him, well same thing the guy is behind the counter glued to his computer not sure if he was watching me on camera ? I kinda think he was, anyway I bought what I came in for and left feeling unwelcome? Look , I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, I'm not. Just be attentive to your customers! I was the only one in the store so I don't see how hard it would have been to welcome me into your place and ask me could you help me or say hi! ANYTHING! Anyway I'll probably return because I do like the store, but others may not , so maybe interact with your customers. read more

Was referred to Get Booked, as I was hosting a LGBT event. I needed flags and anything rainbow! Thank goodness I went to Get Booked. Raul (the new one as he told me) was perfect. He answered all my questions and provided amazing customer service. The choices were abundant. I couldn't be happier. I'll be back and will refer others to this quaint little store! Stopped in today to pick up a small item I needed. I had never been here before, but will definitely be back. They have such a large collection of just about anything you are looking for. I really like this place and find the prices to be decent. I had to get some items for a party here and was welcomed by the friendly staff. The reason I gave the place only 3 stars was due to the fact I tried to visit the store multiple times and the place was closed. The hours listed on the door are never followed. read more

Whether it be Wes or Raul or any of the employees that run the store, I aways have a good time coming in, finding great new styles to work, and chatting up awesome laughs with the people in the shop. Relations is just as important as deals and sales- and this place makes me feel at home. I've bought more than I thought I would since I found this place and since it is (in my opinion) the best gay friendly underwear store in town, I'll keep coming back. Only been here a couple of times but always have friendly staff. I am a bigger guy so I mainly shop for the novelty stuff (vampire rubber ducky rules!) Never had a problem, prices comparable to any I have seen. read more

Bad customer service! I went in to buy a couple of bottles of poppers. They had a line of small bottles with a price of $13.99 for all of the small bottles. I bought one small bottle and a larger bottle that was priced at $26.99. I paid with a credit card. The total came to $52.98. Right after I signed for the purchase, I realized the total was higher than I expected. I looked at my receipt and he had charged me $22 for the small bottle instead of $13.99. I told him that I thought it was going to be $13.99 since that is what it is marked. He said only the kind I got is $22 and all the others are $13.99. I asked if I could exchange the bottle I bought for one of the ones costing $13.99. He said no, that he couldn't do any exchanges. I said I was willing to buy more so there would be no money coming back, just credit towards a greater purchase. He again said he couldn't do any kind of credit or exchange. I pointed out to him that on the receipt he gave me, it says they will give store credit within 7 days of purchase, but he said that didn't matter. At that point I just left in disgust. The prices they charged me were more than twice what I would pay on the internet, and they had their product priced wrong which fooled me into making this purchase in the first place, and then they wouldn't do anything to try to make it right. I learned my lesson what kind of business they are running and will never go back. It is really sad that they do not feel like being a positive part of our community. read more
