I've never been good at working out before and had no idea where to start. I did 1:1 personal training in the beginning. The first two weeks a very hard while your body adjust to the warm ups, but after that the gains are great! I went from barely being able to squat my own body weight to over 200 lbs!! Kyle and everyone else in the gym is so supportive. Everyone really cheers you on. Gyms use to intimidate me, but not CVPR. The culture and community is amazing! And there's people here of all ages! Kids to elders. Kyle is an awesome trainer. He really makes sure you're using proper form and his programs are written in a way that really helps you achieve your goals. There's a wide variety of equipment, and they always seem to be adding something new. The gym is consistently clean, I regularly see both the staff and the owners cleaning throughout the day. The bathrooms are well maintained, the equipment is kept in good condition, and whenever something needs repair, it's usually back up and running quickly. If you trained here under the previous ownership, you'll immediately notice how much better the gym is now. The pricing is fair, and I have a family membership for two. I haven't had any billing issues or unexpected charges since the new owners took over. On top of that, the owners are genuinely some of the nicest people you'll meet and clearly care about the gym and its members. You really can't beat the convenience of the hours or the amount of equipment they've managed to fit into the space. Overall, it's an excellent gym, and I'd definitely recommend it.

My wife was taking our kids to the Kumon next door. Since the Kumon parking was completely packed, she paused briefly in front of Iron House Gym for less than 60 seconds. She remained in the car, just waiting for the kids to step out onto the pavement. Before the kids could even exit the vehicle, the owner of Iron House Gym came out and began aggressively confronting us, gesturing wildly and trying to intimidate us to move immediately. He didn't care at all that young kids were in the middle of getting out, and his aggressive behavior deeply frightened our children. It takes a complete lack of basic decency to intimidate a mother and scared children over a 30-second drop-off. If this is how the owner treats community members and neighbors, I strongly urge local families to reconsider supporting this gym. We will be reporting this incident to the BBB. ----Response to the guy's comment below--- Trying to twist the story does not change what happened. Welcoming us into your gym is completely out of the question your hostile behavior made it abundantly clear that we will never step foot inside your premises. A 0-star experience isn't just about what happens inside a building how you treat people outside matters just as much, because a persons true character doesn't magically change at the front door or inside the business. Your aggressive reaction toward a mother sitting in her car, simply waiting 30 seconds for her young children to step out safely during a busy Kumon drop off, speaks volumes about who you are. A quick look at your other 1-star reviews shows a clear, ongoing pattern of how you treat community members. Respect and basic decency are the foundation of any long-lasting business, and showing such hostility toward families proves you lack both. Suzy leads a boot camp that I personally haven't done but damn it's pretty amazing. The gym is immaculate! Everything is organized and clean always. All the equipment is in perfect condition with pieces you just don't have in other gyms. They are firm with their rule and policies for good reason. "No phones on the floor allowed" why so aren't wasting your time or others. They do have a comfy lounge that is perfect in case you need rest up after or finish that important email. If you feel you can't do a work out, they will give you an alternative. The members are very welcoming. This gym has turned into my workout family.
