Turns out, I am one for group classes; I just needed to find the right group and the right classes. The Fitbox community is incredible, and that includes the trainers and the clients. Everyone is super supportive. It doesn't matter if you've boxed and lifted weights for decades or the thought of wrapping your hands or picking up a dumbbell gives you anxiety. You'll fit right in. All of the classes are fantastic, and the trainers all have their own style. I highly recommend Fitbox. It's the best thing I've done for my physical and mental health.

The physical therapists and trainers are like wizards who find the root cause of your pain and provide exceptional treatments through extended PT, massage therapy and strength training. I signed up with their personal trainer Brian to sustain my recovery and continue building strength. His knowledge and approach is exceptional.
