We had just had our mailbox painted that day and when I went to get the mail they had put a postcard for N-Step on the top between the numbers and the box. Well as you can imagine it stuck to the paint. I just went there asking if we got charged to fix it would they pay for that. They were so nice and wrote me a check for the entire amount we had just paid without any hesitation. Not at all what I was looking for. I told them to just wait until the guy came back to look at it but they insisted. Now that is a place where I would send my daughters if they were dancers! Superior customer service!! Thank you!

My friend and I never took a hip-hop dance class before, but we were able to pick up the moves because the instructor was clear and confident. He took everything step by step, and kindly re-explained things we didn't pick up the first time. At the end, the whole class ran through the choreo together several times to make sure we got the moves down. Everyone is super supportive and I loved the energy in the room. Overall, great experience and I can't wait to come back for more!

Went to my first class recently at this location and wow it must be new! There was a good bit of…read moreparking available and some spots reserved for CP members in the front as it shares the space with an apartment building. Once I entered, I saw the front desk and apparel area and saw the cubbies to put my stuff in. They had glass doors separating the reformer area from the front which I liked. The reformers were quite spaced out and the equipment was really new. Even the bathrooms were quite nice and could double as a changing place. My instructor Jody was really knowledgeable and made sure to account for any injuries and added enhancements for each move in case we wanted to get more of a workout. She also made sure we got on and did the exercises safely. Overall I like this franchise because of how new it is!
