They put me through the paces three times a week in a trio setting. The instructors work with students of many levels at once, so each participant gets a workout on their own level. My husband trains with me two times a week. Any infirmities we are blessed with are always taken into consideration with special modifications, so don't worry about aches and pains. The atmosphere is pleasant and encouraging at all times, with a variety of apparatus to make the workout interesting. The result is improved strength, endurance, and flexibility.

I called to confirm the March schedule, but instead of simply providing the information, the person kept asking, "Are you a member? Are they a member? Check the app." I explained that I was only inquiring about the schedule on behalf of someone overseas and was not requesting any personal information--just a confirmation of the overall schedule. Despite this, she repeatedly insisted that I tell them to check the app or call directly from overseas, which was not practical given the time difference. She then told me not to call at all and to only message via SNS. If phone inquiries are not welcomed, it would be more appropriate to remove the phone number rather than directing callers elsewhere without assistance. Good customer service should focus on helping, not just gatekeeping information.

It's so rare to see a business like this continue to grow, and yet continue to improve their relationships with the community the way they do here. The owner, Sheila, is constantly offering new workshops and retreats, bringing in guest instructors from all over the world, and creating exciting additions to our practice. From Basic Yoga classes to Hot Power Flow, Restorative to Yin, Tai Chi, and Meditation, this studio has it all. I love the ability to sign up for a class ahead of time and purchase class packages in the Mind Body app or website. The studio is always nice and clean, and they offer water and hot tea in the waiting area. They also have a nice retail selection with yoga mats, jewelry, candles, and some awesome apparel from brands I love like Alo and Spiritual Gangster. While I take meds and have regular appointments with a rheumatologist, yoga is the only thing that truly makes me feel better, so I was desperate to find a new home studio. Once everything started opening up, I tried various other studios, but none of them felt right. They all seemed focused on what I call "trendy yoga" . But then I found Breathe. I started following them on Instagram to get a feeling about their practice. Finally I took the plunge and signed up for the new student package. After 3 weeks, I became a full member. The Breathe staff passionately believes that we are students of our bodies, and that mantra shines through in every class. I feel like I've found my practice again.... And that feeling is terrific.
