I specially like their efficient system when I buy shoes, first I try to choose the item/shoes that I like, then I scan the shoe at their digital pad to find out if there is an available size for that item, if there is, I can digitally request it so that I can try it on, I just have to input my name then wait for my name to be called by the staff when they carry it out from their storage. The service was fast, systematic and efficient. I was able to buy new shoes in no time. Price is fair, they usually have red tags for sale items, shoes were properly arrange in each category. I really had a good experience going to this store.

It took a while since they have over one million pairs of everything here. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated.) I mean, he even followed me all the way to the door as I was exiting the store. I felt so uncomfortable being followed by this man, that I left without purchasing what I came there for. This is the second time that I had this type of experience at this location. The first time was a few years ago, and it was even worse than this experience. During my visit, I wasn't the only customer in the store, but I was the only customer that looked like me and that was being followed. So, If you look like me, or if you care about these type of things happening to people, you shouldn't shop here. And, quite frankly, they don't seem to want people who look like me shopping there anyway.
