Booked an end-of-tenancy clean - they tried to move the appointment to the morning; i told them that I would not be ready before 2pm. Still they turned up over 30 minutes early. Adding pressure that was not required. They offered to help, which started with them trying to throw away full bottles of alcohol. Which I obviously stopped. I left them to it but was disgusted that they threw away (or kept for themselves) lots of consumables. The cost of items taken was over £50. If they had turned up when they supposed to it would have not been a problem... but btwn the three of them communication was slow. Their "customer service" rep, Alex Lewis, categorically said they would not throw anything away and shut down the complaint. So they accused me of lying, which made the disgusting situation even worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! read more

The service I received was extremely poor and unprofessional. Both cleaners spoke no English, which made communication very difficult. The male cleaner decided to pack up and leave before the agreed time was over. Later, the company falsely claimed that I asked them to leave, which is absolutely untrue. In fact, one of the cleaners showed me a text message from their office instructing them to leave early -- I have evidence of this. The cleaning itself was unsatisfactory, and I had to finish the work myself. While the cleaners mentioned they were husband and wife and seemed to just be following instructions, it's clear that the issue lies with the company's management and dishonest communication. I only paid for two hours instead of three, given the circumstances. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use this company. read more

Dreadful service, avoid this company at all costs! At the beginning they seemed to send polite messages which appeared organised but when the cleaner turned up she was soo slow and did not clean over 10 stains on the floors (all easily wiped by me afterwards with wet wipes). The cleaner also left several of her hairs in the bathroom, disgusting and did not manage to tackle approx half of the property as she was working too slowly. I booked a second "cleaning" session with this company and this time the cleaner did not turn up at all! I was left waiting with no communication- when I contacted them to follow up I was told different conflicting "excuses" for why she didn't come - so clearly I was told some lies.. On both occasions I had to spend hours cleaning myself, with tight timelines before my airbnb guests arrived, rather stressful. Furthermore, the company then refused to give me a significant discount for a future booking in view of the huge inconvenience they caused. Absolutely terrible, incompentent company, look elsewhere for a proper cleaning job. read more

Beware as their cleaners will tell you they've cleaned items, and intentionally take photos that hide the places they've missed. When reported, they will say it's "up to their standards". I had to clean 3 extra hours after they came for an End of Tenancy Cleaning, and they offensively compensated me for 15 minutes of 7 hours of paid for work. Despite it listed in their services, they did not clean the inside of the microwave or the inside of the washing machine. They did not fully sweep the balcony which was paid extra, leaving rubbish. They refused to clean mould in the bathroom. They did not clean the inside of the kettle. They didn't clean the grease from the kitchen wall next to the sink. They did not clean the shower curtain. They did make any attempt to clean the outside of the window, despite promising it. The utility closest was not properly vacuumed with rubbish left everywhere. The kitchen was left with a musky smell and the fridge had a strong acidic nauseating smell coming from it. Light switches were missed and left visually dirty and sticky. The cabinet under the sink was also not cleaned, and full of brown mess everywhere. As an incoming tenant moving into a place, I was disgusted at the state of the areas missed, and photo evidence both from myself and some photos from the cleaners themselves proved what was missed, but they refused to come back and clean it. If I could upload photos, you would see how revolting they truly left things at. Avoid these people at all costs. read more

Whilst the clean was decent and they did an okay job, the company itself is awful. Several personal items were stolen, from the flat and when I reached out to the company about this, they insisted that they had been left under the sink. When I informed that was not true and that the items were no longer there and asked for proof that the items had been left, they stopped responding to emails. I had to follow up several times to get any response, the process took over 2 weeks before I was offered only £10 in compensation for items that were worth over £100 brand new. When I insisted again that the items were gone and that I would accept no less than £50 in compensation, they again stopped responding to emails. Hopefully they take this review seriously and actually believe their customers instead of assuming that I lied. Use another service if you value your things. read more

Booked an end of tenancy clean. The cleaners were more interested in the expensive fish in our pond. They asked me how many fish were in the pond, and how old they were. I said l wasn't sure how many fish were there. My son later told me there were 5. I thought nothing of it. I went away came back only to find there were only 4 fish. I asked the cleaners if anyone had been to the house, they looked panicky and said no. Anyway the cleaning wasn't good and the carpets were not cleaned well and were left soaking. On their website this company presents themselves as the 'most reliable cleaning service in London'. Unfortunately I must disagree with this statement. I booked a cleaning service between 4-5 on a Friday evening. At 5.30 nobody had showed up yet , I then decided to call the cleaning service. At the phone I was told that they would call me back ASAP. After this phone call nobody called me back within the hour. At 6.30 I called the service myself and I was told that the technician was probably struggling with finding my address. Further in the conversation the lady who presented the service said that the technician would probably not come anymore and if I wanted to book en new cleaning session. I friendly declined that offer and will never contact this unreliable service again. read more

Not the greatest service and almost lost my cat for me. The domestic cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen was very good at first glance, but I keep finding little missed bits. The carpet clean was very underwhelming, no attempt to spot clean or pretreat any marks before just using the machine, and the carpet doesn't look all that much better than it did before. Then to top it off I warned them about my cats and needing to keep doors shut but they left windows and doors wide open and one of my cats escaped and went missing for several hours. It was very lucky we managed to find her again. I won't be using this company again. read more

I waited an hour for the cleaner booked by my partner to arrive. After calling the company and dicussing this several times I was asked both to pay the parking fee for the driver, as well as assured that there wasn't any problem with this service because they weren't an hour late, they just couldn't park. I had been sitting on the door stop for this whole time and been barely informed of this. Living in London I would think this could be something easily solved or planned into the way the company was run. After discussing this with the woman on the phone, who was incredibly rude throughout and not the least bit proffesional, we finally had the cleaners arrive. I learnt later that they had walked down the road and knocked at an entirely different house before coming to the one I was sat in front of. On arriving the cleaner looked around the house, refused to do a few things before changing their mind, and then saying they would get in touch with the company to sort out parking otherwise they would leave. I was called back 20 minutes later, the cleaner had said it would be 5, and told the service had been cancelled. After a disagreement with the same rude and disrespctful woman on the phone I was told they had left because I had raised my voice to the cleaners. This was neither true nor proffesional. I had been waiting for cleaning to start for two hours at this point. The woman remained rude throughout, and despite the cleaners apologising for not being able to work her poor attitude and accusations that I had yelled at the cleaners was incredibly insulting. Another customer service representative spoke to me on the phone at several points. He was much more helpful, but it was the woman and inept cleaning staff that let this service down for me. poor service, the price is charged for the 'professional end of the tenancy' but the quality is not any extra from the typical. The cleaning lady came alone, finished in 2 hours without any particular equipment other than a vacuum cleaner. when making a complaint, it was after 48 hours so nothing is refunded. Ended up having to pay the agency another PROFESSIONAL cleaning service. Waste of money for a regular dusting and wiping service. read more

Joke service don't book with them. Extremely unprofessional and inhuman lets me relate you the nightmare I live because of that service. I called to book an appointment nice lady on the phone at the end of ours conversation she said I'll received a confirmation email afterwards never get it anyway I was expected them 3 days later. The day came they arrival was prompt and do the work in my living room and hallway and said we need to leave the areas dry at least 4 hours. The next day 34 hours later sat on my sofa I starting to smell pee odours coming up , checked on the hallway the same smell. Checking on my daughter but it wasn't her spray all the areas with 2 different's brand. the next day the odours were more strong dry to clean with hot water and soap nothing change the following day on Sunday I bought 2 carpet's powders , powdering twice per day the odour goes down then the next day still the same so I contacted the company they told me they will back to me nobody rang me I called back on Tuesday still the same we will back to you we tried to find out who came that day to your house silence silence on Wednesday I called again because we cannot spend any time in the living room as the smell is very strong and I've 2 young children and they can get sick the funny guy I had that day on the phone said to me to wide open the window all the time whats a joke because all ours windows are opened since the 1st day they came and the smell will disappear wait until Saturday if not get back to us. On the Friday afternoon I was all day at home with my youngest impossible to breath and fed up to spend 1 week in the bedroom I decided to call them again and be rude to push them to do something I had another lady who said she will do her best to back to me and sort it out she fucking never call me from now I decided to ring tomorrow and speak to the manager send email and on every single advertise about their service I will suggested to ppl to not hire them are they are not professional. I spray and powder 3 times by day nothing I am really angry I think about my child is not right even they will not do the work again at least advice what to do and which product to use to help us . Please don't waste your money it not worth. And the carpet is not clean as before. read more
