I subsequently asked him to help with some nail pops, caulking, woodwork repairs on quarter round and a piece of crown molding, shower door seal replacements. During all that I remembered I had an exterior floodlight which had a corroded fixture due to leakage into the unit. He replaced it and took care to seal any exposed wiring. He even noticed that a rain gutter was full of debris and cleaned it, recognizing that overflow near the light fixture was a likely cause of corrosion. Peter also identified the cause of inoperable can / high hat lights in the soffits as corrosion and sealed new replacements properly. I'd had the lights replaced peviously by a licensed electician who simply installed new ones without bothering to identify and fix the cause of the of the corrosion Peter is skilled and creative in resolving annoying homowner issues.
