I hired them to help with a frustrating curtain rack installation. I even stripped a screw and tried for an hour to get it out! I called Evan late and he told me that he just happened to be near the area and offered to come to assist with the installation. Not only did Evan install it beautifully, tolerating our "a little lower a little higher", he also offered to get some extra stuff in (mostly patching) to get us more value for our money. I want to make it clear that, it's night time, and Evan still wanted to make sure we were happy before he left. He didn't even nickel-and-dime us for incidental materials like patching compound.
