Her reply "yes as long as we have carried it or it is in our inventory". Long story short she calls a gentlemen up he scans it sees it is in inventory but moved to some zone. Another guy walks behind him and the guy asks if he can except this return. The Gentle man replied "No she has to return to Berlin we dont want that here and are not going to carry that part anymore" Even though The lady stated it was in inventory. After I got told you need to go to Berlin. I wanted to ask about the sign behind the counter.
