They delivered the products to our home in Neenah, WI They did not tell us they will not go to Neenah for service. When we had a problem with our washer, we called their service department. The lady we talked to, first of all was not very nice in her tone. Then told us, "We don't go to Neenah for service". She said call this number and gave me a number for a third-party service company. It turned out to be "Sears Appliance Service". We had to wait three days for a tech to come. When he came and took the washer apart, he did not have the part. he said it was common part with GE, but they don't stock it. It had to be ordered. Another three days to get the part. You have to call when the part arrives to set up another appointment for installation of the part. Another three days. We will NEVER buy from Silica again.

The microwave door springs broke, and those got repaired. Additionally, the microwave was made so that to replace a burnt out light, the entire unit had to be removed from the wall, which was handled with care and professionalism. The stage has a well designed arch and the acoustics in the room are perfect for band performances. I only have one visit under my belt for a bluegrass band night. There were different ticket prices with general admission being the least expensive. I would encourage you to go this route if attending a show. This is a standing ticket. You're seeing a band so you're going to be moving about anyway, right? If you do pay more for a seat/table ticket, just be aware those with general admission tickets will be standing between the stage and your seat. The Thelma is open to wedding receptions & private events. This would be a great venue to be host to that type of celebration and there are many spots within the facility to capture great photos to memorialize your event. One of my friends encouraged me to check out Thelma and I'm glad I took the time to explore this venue. I will definitely be back.
