I called today to request an estimate. The gal was not very polite and was upset that I requested a subtotal. She kept giving me two amounts and that would confuse me. I just wanted an estimated subtotal. Then when I received the call from the locksmith it turned out no one was available in my area. So this business seems false. I definitely would not recommend this business because they are not honest and will reap you off. Our external side door lock had issues and technician from this business was sent from other business. Upon inspection technician said exiting lock can't be repaired and needs new lock. He said we will replace it with deadbolt and knob of highest quality and gave us estimates of $400. It was really high but we decided to continue thinking they are using highest quality product. We asked for receipt and product original box. Technician changed price from 400 to 450$ claiming $50 is for sales tax. After work was done we looked up product info and found out that both knob and deadbolt is not more than 50$ worth. Defiant Hartford Collection is the product. As per receipt 350$ for knob and deadbolt and 100$ for installation. We are surely disappointed by the service. Since, then I sent messages on mobile cell but no response. Gabriel came to my house quickly and quoted me a fair price. There were some issues with copying the key to my car since the key he was copying was old and worn and he had to use a lot of blank keys and then order codes online before they worked, but he didn't leave until I had what I needed. I'm confident he got the job done as quickly as was possible based on what he was working with. A really nice guy and a businessman with integrity.
