Don't trust this locksmith with door replacements. This incompetent locksmith will only lie to get your business, rip you off, and leave an ugly mess behind. I requested a like-for-like replacement of the exterior lock (Weslock Lexington 1400 series). Instead, Diamond Locksmith installed a cheap lock under $100, charged $570 in excessive labor, drilled a new hole to force it to fit, and covered the damage with an ugly metal plate. He refused to repaint unfinished areas. I'm now left with irreversible door damage and extra repainting costs. Completely unprofessional. Response: This locksmith is not only unprofessional but also dishonest. The door is wooden, not hollow metal. The lock is also not unique or discontinued--an exact replacement can be easily found with a simple Google search. read more

Thank you Diamond! You really bailed me out. My son lost the keys to his car. Because he could not drive it, he let the battery run down. Since the remote door locks were dead, we were now locked out too! After arriving in town, I decided that I would have his car fixed. I asked for a bid through Yelp. Ray was one of the first to reply even though it was Sunday. His bid was better than most and wow, not as bad as I thought! And he came with a 5-Star Yelp review! So, I accepted Ray's bid and he was out the next day. Okay, first, we need to get into the car. Ray was in in just a few minutes. Now we need to jump the car so that we can program new keys. Ray went to work programming the fobs and the keys. In about 15 minutes, I had two new car keys. Since he was there, I asked if he would mage a couple of spare house keys.
