Choose another company in Tyler for your carpet cleaning needs unless you want to pay for nothing! Posting this so it will help others save time and money. This is long BUT to start off..... I have had this service before at an old rental. Thought they did a great job... until i moved out of another one this last month. I scheduled them to come on the 31st, and had to turn my keys in on the 1st. Keep in mind my water and electric were both shut off and transferred on the 1st. I was called into work the morning i scheduled them to come. I called ahead, made payment arrangements over the phone, and gave permission for them to enter the house upon arrival. After i got off, i went over to do one last walk through and get a few small pieces of furniture left ON HARDWOOD. NOTHING was left on the carpets for them to move or work around. There was still an abundant amount of dog hair, dirt, debris, and random carpet junk from living in a house for 2 years that i could see with my naked eye. The carpets were not even DAMP. Like i said, I've had their service before so I know what the carpet should look like and feel like the day of a true cleaning. Just to confirm my observation, i vacuumed the stairs and top floor for the remains of a "professional cleaning" to fill my entire vacuum dump canister. They were closed for NY, but I called and requested a refund. The service was not done, it seems like AT ALL. I truly believe they didn't do a single thing. I submitted an incident report with the call center in hopes to hear from a manger and was told they would process a refund after reaching out. After the manager called on Friday, I was refused a refund and he stated "they don't do refunds and that he could reschedule the service." MY WATER AND ELECTRIC ARE SHUT OFF AND I TURNED IN MY KEY. They need water to clean!!!!!!!! I can no longer access the unit. I told him this, and he continued to give me run around and still scheduled for them to come take a look this past Saturday. I called back and told (the lady) what happened, that they are unable to get inside, there are no working utilities to do the job right, and to cancel the appointment. I wanted to save THEIR time from going out there to a locked house. SO long story short, I'm out of $130 for a service that was not "professionally" done. ALSO, my landlord will want the carpets clean for the next tenant and guess what they will pay for that with!!! My deposit. I cleaned and fixed things up so MUCH to get my deposit back, and Stanley has officially scammed me out of $300+ for what I paid plus what the landlord will take for the service AGAIN. I told stanley that i reported this to my landlord, and they told me they did not want to use this company again!! I don't blame them. I agreed. Stanley refuses to do anything about this, but "send someone else out" which I've explained is not possible. Do not waste your time or money on lazy employees, or this terrible customer service! They don't even want to back that they have employees that do not want work at 8am. & scam people out of their money. I paid for a service, that was obviously not done correctly and I get nothing in return. I wanted clean carpets, but i get neither clean carpets or a refund from a TERRIBLE job. If i had working utilities and a key for the changed locks, i would let them in. But i literally can not. It should've been done right the first time, and since it wasn't.. they should just do the right thing for this situation, but refuse. Just proof that they don't care about their customers!!! Save your time, energy, and money. Moving out is already stressful, and very expensive. I recommend to spend your money with a more professional and caring company. This one is very far from that!!!!

Jesssica took great care to pack up my kitchen according to my preferences. She was very respectful and professional. Ana lead her team well. Ana was also respectful and professional. They all worked together well and did a great job. A+ for all 4 ladies. ServPro movers from Longview office: Ulises and Manny also did a great job. They were careful with our furniture and worked quickly. Very professional and respectful. ServPro water/hazard team from Longview office: Korey, Gage, Amber, and Blake worked quickly to dry out our home. Korey was very respectful and professional. Gage, Amber and Blake were very friendly. We appreciate their work very much. Their manager, Guillermo, from both Longview and Lufkin offices, was professional and respectful. The whole experience has been good. Every one has been friendly and helpful. The only area that needs work is in communicating the whole process with us. There is some confusion as to what is happening next and by whom.

All for $1500 They removed and tool away baseboards, which they said was moldy and I asked but couldn't get them back. The moldy excuse was not true since they were wet for only a day and could have easily been saved. So now I still don't have baseboards because I can't find the same replacements.
